360° liposuction + BBL (buttock fat transfer) — Just Clinic Istanbul

As of September 2026, the guide price for Lipo 360 with BBL in Turkey on this page is 5,000–7,500 EUR per combined procedure. This is a planning range for circumferential donor-area liposuction and autologous fat transfer. It is not a price per zone, a guaranteed package or a promise that every patient can safely receive the requested volume.

Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for combined 360 liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedures from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

The main price drivers are the number and size of donor areas, available fat, the complexity of the contour, fat-processing and safety equipment, anaesthesia, hospital protocol, hotel nights, garments, aftercare and any added skin-tightening or tummy-tuck surgery. Very low “from” figures may describe a smaller BBL, fewer liposuction zones, surgery-only fees or a package with fewer nights. Compare the written scope rather than the headline number.

Lipo 360 with a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) combines circumferential liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks. Lipo 360 usually covers the abdomen, waist or flanks and lower back as one contouring plan. The surgeon processes suitable fat removed from the donor areas and transfers it to the buttocks to add volume or improve shape.

This is a combined body-contouring operation, not a weight-loss treatment and not the same as a surgical buttock lift that removes loose skin. The two parts may be planned for one operation, but the recovery is still substantial. The amount of fat available, the requested contour and your health determine whether the combination is appropriate.

With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised independent healthcare partner. The named treating provider on the written plan makes the medical decisions and performs the procedure. For standalone background, see our liposuction Turkey price and BBL Turkey price pages. If loose abdominal skin or muscle separation is the main concern, read about tummy tuck Turkey price instead.

Surgeons may consider this combination for adults who are near a stable, healthy weight, have enough suitable donor fat and want a measured change in waist-to-hip proportions. A realistic goal is a smoother midsection and balanced buttock volume, not a guaranteed clothing size, a copied photograph or an extreme silhouette.

The plan may be postponed, reduced or changed if you still expect significant weight loss, have marked loose skin, smoke against the surgeon’s advice, have limited donor fat or have a medical condition that makes a long anaesthetic, extensive liposuction or recovery less safe. A web page cannot confirm suitability; that decision follows your medical history, photographs, examination and individual risk assessment.

The first stage is liposuction from the agreed donor areas. The second is preparation of the collected fat and injection into the buttocks. Fat grafting has specific safety risks, so ask who will perform each stage, how the injection plane is checked and what monitoring is used. Current safety guidance emphasises placing fat in the tissue under the skin rather than directly into the gluteal muscle; no clinic should promise that a BBL is risk-free.

  • Core Lipo 360: abdomen, waist or flanks and lower back in a circumferential plan.
  • Extended donor areas: bra roll, upper back, arms or thighs may be considered when clinically suitable and will change the quote.
  • Skinny BBL: limited donor fat may mean a smaller transfer, a different plan or no safe BBL recommendation; it should never be promised from photographs alone.
  • BBL with a tummy tuck: a separate combination for patients with excess abdominal skin or muscle separation. It involves more surgery and must be assessed as its own plan.

A Lipo 360 with BBL commonly takes about 3–5 hours, depending on the donor zones, fat processing, transfer plan and any additional procedure. It is usually performed under general anaesthetic. The anaesthetist reviews your history and explains the safest approach; do not assume that a package advert’s anaesthetic description applies to you.

A combined operation commonly involves 1–2 nights in hospital, sometimes longer if the surgeon considers that appropriate. Expect compression garments and a written medication and wound-care plan. Drains, extra monitoring and staged surgery are clinical decisions, not standard extras that can be guaranteed online.

Allow roughly 7–10 nights in Istanbul for assessment, surgery, hospital observation, dressing or swelling checks, early follow-up and clearance to fly. The hospital nights sit inside this total. Keep flights flexible: the surgeon decides when you are fit to travel, and a BBL also requires planning for limited sitting during the journey.

  • Hospital care beyond the written clinical plan;
  • additional donor areas, skin-tightening or a tummy tuck;
  • extra garments, massage or optional aftercare unless listed;
  • revision surgery or a second fat-transfer session; and
  • treatment for a complication outside the contract or care arranged after you return home.

  • Send clear front, side and back photographs, your medical history, medication list, previous operations and any planned weight changes before booking flights.
  • Stay close to a stable weight and explain the contour you want plainly. More donor fat does not automatically make a larger transfer safe or suitable.
  • Follow the surgeon’s instructions about smoking, medicines, supplements, fasting and pre-operative tests. Do not stop or start a blood-thinner or anti-inflammatory on your own.
  • Arrange help for the first days. Sitting, bending, dressing and lifting luggage can be difficult after circumferential surgery and fat transfer.
  • Plan loose clothing, side- or front-sleeping arrangements and a BBL pillow if the team recommends one for travel and recovery.
  • Take travel insurance that explicitly addresses planned medical treatment abroad and understand its exclusions.

Short walks are usually introduced when the clinical team says it is safe, because movement supports circulation. Swelling, bruising, tightness, temporary numbness and fluid leakage from small incision sites can occur. The buttocks and liposuction areas may both feel sore, and a compression garment is commonly worn for several weeks according to the discharge plan.

Because pressure can affect the early fat-transfer phase, many surgeons advise avoiding direct sitting on the buttocks for about 2–3 weeks, followed by a cushion and gradual sitting according to the surgeon’s instructions. Sleep is often planned on the front or side at first. Desk work may take around 2–4 weeks and physical work longer; driving, exercise and lifting require individual clearance rather than a fixed online promise.

Some transferred fat is reabsorbed during the first months, and the final contour can continue settling for up to 6 months. Maintaining a stable weight helps preserve the longer-term shape. Follow-up should remain available after you return home. Contact the surgical team promptly about worsening pain, fever, increasing redness, shortness of breath, calf pain or any other unexpected symptom.

No clinic can guarantee an exact shape, a complication-free recovery or that this combination will suit every body. A proper assessment, a licensed facility, a named surgeon, safe fat-grafting technique and a clear aftercare route matter as much as the advertised Lipo 360 BBL Turkey cost.

These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.

In a BBL, which tissue plane receives the fat, and how is the cannula tip watched during injection?

The joint safety statement of 18 August 2022 from ASPS, the Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation and related bodies supports placing fat only in the subcutaneous tissue above the gluteal fascia, and watching the cannula tip with ultrasound in real time while the fat is injected. Florida’s decision to require those two rules is described there as a patient-safety measure. A machine being in the building does not mean it is used for every injection. Injection into or under the muscle has been linked to fat embolism and death. Source: ASPS joint BBL safety statement.

Why would liposuction, a BBL and a tummy tuck be done in one operation, and when should they be staged?

Doing liposuction, fat injection and a tummy tuck in one sitting lengthens the anaesthetic and increases blood and fluid loss and clot risk. Aggressive fat removal from the same area can injure the blood supply of a tummy-tuck flap. The written plan should say why the combination is considered safe in one operation, or which part is being left for later. A promise of one session for everyone is not an individual decision. How will clot and pulmonary embolism risk be assessed and managed?

ASPS lists deep-vein thrombosis and heart and lung complications among liposuction risks. The BBL statement treats fat embolism as a separate and more serious risk. It is not prevented by a clot-preventing drug. The injection plane and ultrasound are what that statement relies on to reduce it. For clots, the written plan should cover your own risk, walking early, stockings or a compression device, and a clot-preventing medicine only if the surgeon decides it is indicated. The NHS asks people to call 999 or go to emergency care for breathlessness or chest pain with a painful swollen calf. Flying adds to this risk. Sources: ASPS liposuction safety, NHS weight-loss surgery complications.

What is the emergency route in the first days if a serious complication is suspected?

The ASPS joint statement asks the operating surgeon to manage complications personally, or to take a direct part in that care, for patients who have travelled. Breathlessness, chest pain, fainting, rapidly growing swelling on one side, and a painful swollen calf are emergency-department symptoms. Suspected fat embolism is considered separately from a blood clot. A route that says “write during office hours” does not cover the first 24 hours.

After I go home, who follows a complication and which costs are whose?

The NHS asks people to get in writing, before cosmetic surgery abroad, where reviews will happen, what further surgery and a return journey cost, and what insurance covers. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This inventory does not say that any partner pays those items. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.

Why might one side of a Lipo 360 with BBL look different from the other as it heals?

Some unevenness can be part of a changing early contour: swelling settles over time and some transferred fat is reabsorbed. The two sides may not settle identically, and fat transfer can also leave contour irregularity or asymmetry. A photograph or online description cannot determine whether a difference is expected healing or a problem. Follow the treating surgeon’s review plan and ask them to assess a difference that is worsening, painful, red or warm, or comes with fever or rapidly increasing swelling. ASPS result guidance says final fat-transfer results may take up to a year and some fat is reabsorbed; its BBL overview recognises possible asymmetry.

What could a hard lump after a BBL mean?

A hard area after a BBL can have more than one explanation, including swelling or contour change; a fluid collection or fat-related tissue change may also need to be considered. It is not possible to distinguish these causes safely online, and “fibrosis” should not be assumed from touch alone. Contact the treating surgeon for an examination, particularly if the lump is growing, painful, red or warm, or comes with fever or rapidly increasing swelling. Seek urgent care for breathlessness or chest pain. ASPS result guidance describes settling and fat reabsorption; a systematic review indexed in PubMed reports seroma and contour irregularity among possible complications.

Do I need lymphatic massage after a BBL?

Not everyone is given the same massage instructions after a BBL. ASPS says a surgeon may encourage lymphatic massage from a licensed massage therapist, which makes it an individual part of aftercare rather than a universal requirement. Ask your treating surgeon whether massage is appropriate for your grafts, when it may start and who should perform it. Do not arrange forceful or self-directed massage without that advice. ASPS BBL recovery guidance also stresses following the surgeon’s individual instructions.

When can a BBL be revised or topped up?

There is no single date for a revision or second fat-transfer procedure. Swelling settles and some transferred fat is reabsorbed, so the early shape is not the final contour; ASPS says final fat-transfer results may take up to a year to develop. At follow-up, ask the surgeon to assess whether the contour has stabilised, what concern a further procedure would address and whether the risks of another operation are justified. Do not treat an online timeframe as clearance. ASPS explains BBL result maturation.

Frequently asked questions about cost

How much does Lipo 360 with BBL cost in Turkey in 2026? +

The guide range on this page is 5,000–7,500 EUR for a combined Lipo 360 and autologous BBL plan as of September 2026. The final price follows your medical assessment, donor areas, hospital protocol and written inclusions.

What does a Lipo 360 with BBL Turkey package include? +

Depending on the written plan, it may include the surgeon and anaesthesia fees, theatre and hospital stay, tests, garments, BBL pillow, medication, transfers, hotel accommodation and early follow-up. Flights, extra nights and additional procedures are commonly separate.

Is Lipo 360 the same as a Brazilian Butt Lift? +

No. Lipo 360 contours the abdomen, waist, flanks and back; a BBL processes suitable harvested fat and transfers it to the buttocks. They can be planned together, but each part has its own risks, scope and recovery needs.

Who may not be suitable for Lipo 360 with BBL? +

Suitability depends on health, stable weight, donor fat, skin quality, smoking status, medical history and realistic expectations. A surgeon may recommend reducing, postponing, staging or not performing the combination after assessment.

How long should I stay in Istanbul after Lipo 360 with BBL? +

Plan roughly 7–10 nights for assessment, surgery, hospital observation, checks and clearance to fly. The surgeon decides the safe return date, so flights should remain flexible.

How long must I avoid sitting after a BBL? +

Many surgeons advise avoiding direct pressure on the buttocks for around 2–3 weeks, then using a cushion and increasing sitting gradually. Your surgeon’s instructions take priority because the restriction depends on the operation and your recovery.

Are flights included in a Lipo 360 BBL Turkey package? +

Usually not. Flights and travel insurance are normally separate unless your written quote expressly includes them. Do not book a non-flexible return flight before the surgeon confirms that you are fit to travel.

Can Lipo 360 with BBL be combined with a tummy tuck? +

Sometimes, but it is a larger and more complex plan. A tummy tuck addresses loose abdominal skin or muscle separation, while Lipo 360 and BBL address fat and contour. The surgeon must assess whether combining or staging the procedures is safer for you.
