This stay books abdominal etching for two adults who travel together: high-definition suction along the rectus lines of each abdomen, thinning the fat that sits over grooves that already exist in the muscle. It does not build a six-pack from a soft midsection, it is not a 360 belt around the flanks and back, and it is not a third ticket taped on at the desk. Fat cells taken from the named field do not return there; remaining cells can still enlarge if weight goes up. The two maps will not match just because the hotel room is shared. VASER ultrasound sits in this stay only if the paper names it for that guest.

The written plan should identify each guest’s abdominal etching map and the sequence of the two operations. No clinic can promise a magazine abdomen at a fixed fee.

Who this package is for

Surgeons usually consider two adults who each already sit near a stable, relatively low body fat, who train the core, and who still have a thin layer hiding the lines of the rectus. Sharing a room does not mean sharing a plan: if one friend still carries a thick belt of fat, needs a 360, or has skin that hangs, his date is postponed or he is quoted alone. Liposuction does not treat obesity. If the midline has split, a tummy tuck is a different quote. Gynecomastia, flanks or a fat-graft sitting are not assumed.

The pair is often postponed if a large weight change is still coming, if smoking has not been stopped when asked, or if a long-term condition makes a general anaesthetic less safe for either guest. Send daylight photographs of both trunks — front and both sides, standing, no filter and no flexing for the camera. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. A third traveller is not assumed.

What sits outside the quote

A third guest or later revision is separate unless named. If an individual guest is not suitable, their operation is not converted to extra work for the other guest. Over-etching is not an appropriate treatment target. Over-etching either abdomen to chase a photograph is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.

Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul

Plan five to ten days in the city. That window covers both in-person assessments, both sittings as sequenced, hospital nights, swelling checks, the garments and clearance to fly for both of you. Four advertising hotel nights are tight once two ward stays sit on the same trip. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks either of you to stay.

Each etching map is usually one to three hours under general anaesthetic; a finer map can run longer than a simple lower-belly pocket because the lines are placed slowly. The two lists may fall on consecutive days so both are not waking from anaesthetic in the same hour. Discharge is signed by the surgeon for each guest — it is not an advertising date.

Recovery after you fly home

The first seven to fourteen days are garment care for both of you: compression as shown, short walks, no gym, no heat on the abdomen. Swelling can hide the lines for weeks; the day-three photograph is not the result. Desk work is often possible after one to two weeks if the surgeon agrees. The garment usually continues for several weeks. Sport waits about four to six weeks, or longer if the discharge note says so. Sharing a room does not mean sharing a recovery speed. The look settles over months, not days. None of that is a six-pack guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, pain that is getting worse, sudden one-sided swelling, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note for that guest with you.

How are clot, haematoma and seroma assessed, and what is done if they develop?

ASPS lists fluid collection, uneven contour and deep-vein thrombosis among liposuction risks. A firm, purple, growing swelling is a haematoma, and a large one is evacuated. After I go home, who follows asymmetry, a seroma or another complication, and who pays for revision?
