Best Friends 360 Lipo Package (2 People) cost in Turkey
For September 2026, Best Friends 360 Lipo Package (2 People) costs 9,500 – 13,500 EUR in Turkey for the named two-person 360-liposuction scope shown here. The written offer should confirm the body areas, surgery and recovery plan for each person, hospital and anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication and garments. The price belongs to two people, but suitability must be assessed separately for each traveller.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for 360 liposuction procedures for two people from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What a friends 360 lipo (2 people) package is
This stay is circumferential trunk liposuction for two adults who travel and recover together: abdomen, flanks and lower back treated as one belt on each person, in the same Istanbul visit. Tumescent fluid and a cannula take localised fat that diet has not shifted. Fat cells removed from that field do not return there; cells that remain can still enlarge if weight goes up. It is two named 360 sittings, not one person’s two extra zones, not high-definition sixpack etching, not a Brazilian butt lift, and not a third traveller on the same paper. VASER ultrasound sits in this stay only if the paper names it for that patient.
The written plan should identify the 360 liposuction sitting for each of the two guests. The operating clinician and sequence should be stated.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider two adults close to a stable weight who still have a belt of stubborn fat around the midsection after diet and exercise, whose skin can reasonably retract, and who can share a recovery week without one person’s timetable wrecking the other’s. Liposuction does not treat obesity, and it does not tighten hanging skin. If only one of you needs a 360 belt, the solo 360 page is the conversation. If the map is sixpack etching, that is a different pair quote. If an apron hangs or the midline has split, a tummy tuck is the conversation, not more suction on this quote.
Each of you is assessed on your own photographs and history. The pair date is often postponed if either of you still has a large weight change coming, if the team has asked you to stop smoking, or if a long-term condition makes a general anaesthetic less safe for one of you. Send daylight photographs of each trunk — front, both sides and the back, standing, no filter and no sucking in. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. If one of you is refused, this pair figure does not automatically become two solo packages.
What sits outside this figure
Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a third person’s room or sitting, travel insurance, extra zones beyond each named belt, sixpack etching, a tummy tuck, a BBL fat graft, VASER if it was never named, post-liposuction medical massage, and a later revision sit outside this figure unless they are written on the paper. Over-suction to chase a photograph is refused for either of you; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.
Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Plan five to ten days in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment for both of you, the sittings, the hospital nights, swelling checks, the garments and clearance to fly. Four advertising hotel nights are not our medical rule. Whether you are listed the same day or on consecutive days sits on the written plan. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.
Each sitting is under general anaesthetic and is a hospital admission. Time on the list sits on the paper for each belt. Discharge is signed by the surgeon for each of you — it is not an advertising date.
Recovery after you fly home
The first seven to fourteen days are garment care for each of you: compression as shown, short walks, no gym, no heat on the treated belt. Swelling and bruising are expected; the contour is not the day-three photograph. Desk work is often possible after one to two weeks if the surgeon agrees. The garment usually continues for several weeks. Sport waits about four to six weeks, or longer if the discharge note says so. The look settles over months, not days. None of that is a clothing-size guarantee for either of you.
Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, pain that is getting worse, sudden one-sided swelling, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge notes with you.
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
Is the main problem extra fat, extra skin or separated abdominal muscles, and which of those will this operation treat?
ASPS notes that when a large amount of fat is removed, extra skin can need a second operation. J-Plasma, also called Renuvion, aims to tighten skin with heat. It should not be written as a replacement for a tummy tuck or an arm or thigh lift when there is a hanging skin apron or a clear separation of the abdominal muscles. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
Which areas will liposuction include, and what personal limits will stop or stage it?
ASPS says special planning is needed when more than five litres are usually suctioned. That figure is not a safe ceiling for every person. Blood in the aspirate, the fluid given, the lidocaine dose and the length of the anaesthetic can reduce the scope or split the session. The written plan should name the areas included and the finding that would stop the operation. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
How are a seroma, a wound opening or skin loss recognised and treated?
ASPS lists fluid collection, poor wound healing and heat injury among liposuction risks. A seroma is a wavy swelling under the incision. A small one may be absorbed. A collection that persists can be aspirated. One that is infected or threatening the skin is drained. A wound that opens, or skin that turns black, is a sign of tension, smoking, infection or a circulation problem. It is not a mark to close at home with a dressing. Drains, compression and the review date should be written down. Fever, a bad smell, an open wound and rapidly growing swelling should be reported without delay. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
After I go home, who follows a wound problem or a suspected clot, and who pays for extra treatment?
The NHS asks people having cosmetic surgery abroad to settle in advance where reviews happen and what further surgery and a return journey cost. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. The NHS uses 5–7 days after liposuction or breast surgery, and 7–10 days after a tummy tuck, as planning windows before flying. A painful swollen calf with breathlessness or chest pain is an emergency-department symptom. This page does not say that any partner pays those items. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
Why do I have firm lumps after VASER 360 — could it be fibrosis?
Firmness, bruising and swelling can occur in the early weeks after liposuction, but a lump cannot be identified as fibrosis from a description or photograph alone. Healing changes, fluid or a contour irregularity are among the possibilities a clinician may need to assess. Contact the surgical team if a lump is worsening, unusually painful, red or warm, or is not following the recovery pattern they gave you; fever or rapidly increasing swelling also needs prompt review. Do not massage a new or concerning area unless your surgeon has told you to. ASPS liposuction recovery guidance describes firmness and advises contacting the surgeon when unsure.
Do I need lymphatic drainage massage after VASER 360?
No single massage schedule applies to everyone after VASER 360. Some plastic surgeons use lymphatic drainage massage in their recovery protocol, while others give different instructions; the treated area, operation and healing all matter. Ask the surgeon who will follow your recovery whether massage is recommended, when it may begin, who should perform it and which areas must be avoided. Do not book forceful or unsupervised massage on the assumption that it is essential. ASPS recovery commentary notes that surgeons’ instructions differ and describes massage as one approach used by some practices.
How long will I need to wear a compression garment after VASER 360?
A compression garment is commonly worn for several weeks after VASER 360, following the treating team’s discharge plan. The exact schedule depends on the areas treated and your healing. Confirm how many hours each day to wear it, when it can be removed for washing and whether the surgeon wants to review its fit. ASPS guidance for ultrasound-assisted liposuction says a surgeon may recommend a special garment and that recovery differs between people.
Can fat come back after VASER 360 if I gain weight?
Yes. VASER removes fat cells from treated areas, but it does not prevent future weight gain. Remaining fat cells can enlarge, and substantial weight gain can change the treated contour as well as other areas; this is not weight-loss surgery. The amount and distribution of change vary. ASPS explains fat return after liposuction; its ultrasound-assisted liposuction guidance likewise says removed fat cells are not recreated. Discuss major planned weight changes with the treating surgeon before setting expectations.
When will my stomach or waist look normal rather than swollen?
Initial swelling can obscure the waist contour for weeks, and it may take several months for swelling to settle and the shape to mature. Allow for early recovery over weeks while recognising that contour can continue settling for 3–6 months; neither period is a guaranteed date. Ask the treating surgeon to review swelling that is worsening or differs from the discharge guidance. ASPS liposuction results guidance also notes that swelling may take several months to dissipate.
