Breast lift with implants — Just Clinic Istanbul

As of September 2026, the breast lift with implants Turkey price on this page is 4,000–6,500 EUR: doughnut plus implants 4,000–5,200 EUR, lollipop plus implants 4,500–5,800 EUR, inverted-T plus implants 5,200–6,500 EUR. Treat advertised “from” figures with caution; you pay the written breakdown.

Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for breast lift with implants procedures from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

The usual question is how much a breast lift with implants costs in Turkey. The answer is the written quote. Some listings still show a lower breast lift with implants Turkey cost — headlines from 2,600 USD, or packages near 3,500–4,760 EUR. Those ads often cover a different scope: a lift with no implants, a different brand, or hotel nights that never appear in writing. Just Clinic Istanbul does not cut its range to match the cheapest advert. A typical breast lift and augmentation Turkey cost in this band is a guide. The amount you pay is set after the assessment.

Technique Turkey UK USA Thailand
Periareolar + implants 4,000 – 5,200 6,500 – 9,000 10,000 – 14,000 3,500 – 6,000
Vertical (lollipop) + implants 4,500 – 5,800 7,000 – 10,500 11,000 – 15,000 4,000 – 6,500
Inverted-T + implants 5,200 – 6,500 8,000 – 12,000 12,000 – 16,000 4,500 – 7,000
Motiva or Mentor implants Within the 4,000 – 6,500 range In private care, at the upper end Often an extra Varies by hospital

For a country-to-country comparison to mean anything, you have to match the same operation, the same hotel nights and who pays the flights. A private quote in the UK is typically surgery alone in a band comparable to 6,500–12,000 EUR, quoted in pounds, without hotel, because you are already at home. Use the written breakdown rather than an advertised “from” price.

A breast lift with implants raises a breast that has dropped and adds volume in the same operation. Surgeons often call this an augmentation mastopexy: the extra skin is removed, the nipple and areola are moved higher, and an implant restores projection and fullness at the top of the breast. A lift on its own does not do that. Implants on their own do not correct marked droop.

We do not make medical decisions. With your consent, your enquiry may be shared with authorised healthcare partners; the surgeon named on your written quote is responsible for the medical assessment and operation. For a patient-facing overview of the early days, scars and weeks after flying home, read our blog article on a lift with implants in Turkey.

Surgeons usually consider people who are close to a stable, healthy weight, who do not smoke, and who want both a higher breast and more volume — typically after pregnancy or breastfeeding, after a large weight loss, or when the upper pole looks empty as well as low. A cosmetic procedure of this kind is not routinely NHS-funded.

If lifting your own tissue is enough, that is a breast lift without implants and a different quote. If there is no droop and you only want volume, see breast augmentation. The combined plan is often postponed if you still plan another pregnancy soon, if you hope to lose a large amount of weight, or if smoking or a long-term condition makes healing less safe. None of this is a promise that you are suitable. That decision is made after photographs, your history and a personal medical assessment.

A combined breast lift and implants quote is for a specific overlap: the breast sits low and the patient also wants more projection or upper-pole fullness. If the nipple position is acceptable, augmentation alone may be enough. If the breast volume is already enough, a lift alone may be safer, simpler and cheaper. If the tissues are thin, the droop is severe or the desired implant is large, the surgeon may discuss a staged approach rather than promising one operation for every case.

That is why this page should not be treated as “augmentation plus a small extra”. It involves both skin-envelope reshaping and implant planning. The scar, pocket, implant weight and long-term tissue support all need to work together.

The realistic aims are a higher breast, a nipple and areola in a more youthful position, and more projection and upper-pole fullness from the implant. The result is not the same on every chest, and no clinic can guarantee a particular cup size or look. Implants are not lifetime devices; brand, profile and lot go on the written quote. A further pregnancy or a large weight change can stretch the tissues again.

The surgeon chooses the incision from how low the breast sits, and where the implant sits from your chest wall — not from a package name. A doughnut scar is not the same operation as a lollipop or an anchor.

  • Periareolar (doughnut) plus implants: a circle around the areola, used for a mild or moderate droop. Guide band 4,000–5,200 EUR.
  • Vertical (lollipop) plus implants: the circle plus a line down to the fold, for a moderate drop. Guide band 4,500–5,800 EUR.
  • Inverted-T (anchor) plus implants: the lollipop plus a line in the crease, when there is marked laxity and more theatre time. Guide band 5,200–6,500 EUR.

Where the implant sits — under the gland, under the muscle, or dual plane — depends on your chest and the result you want. Motiva or Mentor implants usually sit in the upper part of the 4,000–6,500 EUR band if the contract includes them. Ask for the brand and the profile in writing. There is no “best brand” for every patient.

The breast lift with implants Turkey cost changes with two sets of variables at once: how much lifting is needed and which implant plan is chosen. A mild periareolar lift with a standard implant sits lower in the band. A vertical or inverted-T lift, premium implant brand, anatomical implant, dual-plane pocket, previous breast surgery, asymmetry correction, thin tissue or extra hospital/hotel needs can move the quote upward.

The price should also change if the surgeon decides the plan is not safe as one operation. A staged plan, a reduction component, implant exchange, capsule work or revision mastopexy is not the same as a first-time lift with implants package.

The written quote should name both parts of the operation. For the lift, ask for the expected incision pattern and whether areola reduction is included. For the implant, ask for brand, model or line, profile, approximate volume range, pocket plan and whether you receive an implant card or equivalent device record. “Premium implant” is not as clear as a named manufacturer and device line.

Also ask what happens if the in-person assessment changes the plan from periareolar to anchor, from augmentation mastopexy to staged surgery, or from a standard implant to a different brand. A good quote explains the adjustment before the deposit is paid.

Theatre time is usually 2 to 4 hours, depending on how much lift is needed and the implant plan. An inverted-T with implants can take longer. Combined operations add time. The written plan is the one that counts.

A breast lift with implants is done under general anaesthetic. You are asleep for the whole operation. If a different plan is safer given your medical history, the anaesthetic team explains that before the day.

You usually stay 1 or 2 nights in hospital. That is not the same as the total time in Istanbul. A surgical bra is fitted before you leave the ward.

Plan 7 to 10 nights in the city. That window covers the consultation, the operation, the hospital nights, the first dressings and clearance to fly. Adverts of 5 to 7 nights rarely leave the same medical margin. The hospital stay sits inside those nights; it does not replace them. Discharge is signed by the surgeon — it is not an advertising date.

The usual sequence is remote assessment first, then an indicative written quote before flights are booked. In Istanbul, the healthcare team confirms the scar pattern, implant plan, tests, consent and markings in person. Surgery is followed by one or two hospital nights in many cases, early dressing checks, surgical bra instructions and written clearance before flying home.

This is a combined operation, so it should not be scheduled like a short city break. Do not plan sightseeing, alcohol, sunbathing, swimming or heavy shopping into the early recovery days. If wound concerns, swelling, fever or general health delay clearance, the safer plan may be to stay longer.

A low headline for breast lift and augmentation Turkey cost may refer to a different scope: lift alone without implants, a cheaper unnamed implant, fewer nights, no hotel, no follow-up detail or a mild periareolar case rather than a vertical or anchor lift. A combined operation is especially easy to miscompare because the implant and lift components can be split, hidden or described differently.

Compare the same items: lift pattern, implant brand and profile, hospital, anaesthesia, tests, bra, medication, hotel, transfers, interpreter, follow-up, complication policy and revision policy. If the quote cannot say which operation is being priced, the number is not ready to compare.

  • Is this quote for a one-stage lift with implants, or might the surgeon recommend two stages?
  • Which incision pattern is expected, and why is it suitable for the degree of ptosis?
  • Which implant brand, profile and approximate volume range are included?
  • Where will the implant sit: subglandular, submuscular or dual plane?
  • Who is the named operating surgeon, and where will the operation take place?
  • What happens if the in-person assessment changes the scar pattern or implant plan?
  • What follow-up is available after you return home, and which revision or complication costs are excluded?

What to do

  • Send photographs (front and profile) and a clear history — pregnancies, breastfeeding, weight change, previous breast surgery, and any brand or cup-size preference — so you have a written quote before you book flights.
  • Stay as close as you can to a stable weight. Large changes after the operation alter the result.
  • Arrange someone to help you in the first days. You will not want to lift children or heavy bags, or raise your arms above shoulder height.
  • Follow the hospital’s fasting instructions on the day. That list comes from the ward, not from a blog.

What not to do

  • Do not stop or start medicines — including blood-thinners, anti-inflammatories or supplements — on your own. The surgeon and anaesthetic team tell you what to change and when.
  • Do not smoke if the team has asked you to stop. Smoking reduces blood flow in the skin and raises the risk of poor healing. How long to stop is their instruction.
  • Do not book a short city break. Five to seven nights is not the protocol here.
  • Do not treat a mummy makeover as a single ready-made package. After childbirth a lift may be enough, or a lift with implants, or adding the abdomen and liposuction. The price is the sum of what the surgeon plans — see tummy tuck or liposuction if those areas are in the plan.

A lift with implants combines skin-envelope reshaping with implant surgery, so it carries the risks of both parts of the operation. This is not a complete list or personal medical advice; the treating provider should explain the risks that apply to your health, scar pattern and implant plan.

  • Bleeding, haematoma, seroma, infection, delayed healing or wound separation.
  • Visible or widened scars, asymmetry, shape change, altered breast or nipple sensation, or changes to nipple or areola blood supply.
  • Implant-specific concerns such as capsular contracture, rupture, malposition, rippling, pain or a later need for removal, replacement or revision.
  • Less common anaesthetic, clotting or wound-healing complications; in some cases, the treating surgeon may discuss staging rather than a single operation.

Breast implants are not lifetime devices. Ask the treating provider about device records, follow-up, imaging and which complication or revision costs are outside the first-operation quote.

Two timelines matter, and they are not the same.

Daily life and desk work. Many people manage short walks from the first day and return to light, desk-based work in 1 to 2 weeks. You wear a compression bra for several weeks. Avoid sleeping on your front in the first weeks. Keep your arms from lifting above the shoulder until the team says otherwise. Swelling, tightness and a change in nipple sensation are common; sensation often returns over weeks or months, though it can take longer.

Return to unrestricted activity and sport. Heavy lifting, gym work and strenuous sport wait longer. Most people wait about six weeks before harder exercise; some need six to eight weeks before the team clears unrestricted training. The scar keeps settling for months; the shape you see after the initial recovery is not the final one.

Your own pace depends on the technique, the implant plan, your job and how you heal. Follow the written aftercare, not a generic calendar.

A lift with implants leaves both lift scars and implant-related considerations. Scars often flatten and fade over months, but they do not disappear. Nipple and breast sensation can increase, decrease, feel different or stay changed. Breastfeeding after mastopexy may still be possible for some people, but it cannot be guaranteed because ducts, glandular tissue and nerves may be affected by the technique and individual healing.

Breast implants are not lifetime devices. Future replacement, removal or revision may be needed because of size preference, capsule problems, rupture, malposition, pain, asymmetry or tissue changes. A further pregnancy, breastfeeding or major weight change can stretch the tissues again, even when the implant remains intact.

After you return home, do not wait for a message reply if symptoms suggest an emergency. Seek local medical assessment urgently for shortness of breath, chest pain, fainting, coughing blood, one-sided calf swelling or pain, rapidly increasing breast swelling, heavy bleeding, spreading redness, fever, pus, severe uncontrolled pain, a wound opening, or skin or nipple colour that becomes dusky, pale, blistered or dark.

This advice does not replace your written aftercare. It explains when a local emergency service, GP, urgent care clinic or emergency department is safer than remote messaging across time zones.

What implant will be used, and will I receive an implant card?

The FDA expects legally marketed breast implants to carry labelling that lists the device materials, and a device card for the patient. The card should identify the device after surgery. Implants may be filled with saline or silicone gel. Shape, style and surface (smooth or textured) vary by product. Volume and profile are chosen in the surgeon’s written plan from the breast base, the tissue cover and the projection being discussed. This page does not recommend a brand. The FDA does not recommend an umbilical incision for approved saline implants, because of rupture. Sources: FDA points to consider before breast implants, FDA breast implant risks.

What long-term checks and scans are planned for a breast implant?

The FDA does not treat a breast implant as a lifetime device. The longer it stays, the more likely removal, replacement or another operation becomes. That later operation may not be paid by insurance or by the original package. A saline rupture usually deflates within days and is visible. Most silicone-gel ruptures are silent, and examination alone can miss them. The FDA describes MRI as the most effective check for silent rupture, and ultrasound as an acceptable screening option when there are no symptoms. Labelling guidance suggests the first ultrasound or MRI at 5–6 years, then every 2–3 years, for people with silicone implants and no symptoms. If there are symptoms, or the ultrasound is uncertain, MRI is advised. This screening does not replace mammography for breast cancer. Sources: FDA breast implant risks, FDA breast implant labelling guidance, ASPS breast implant safety.

How would capsular contracture, rupture, displacement or a rare implant-associated disease be recognised?

Capsular contracture is tightening of the scar layer around the implant. The FDA’s Baker grades are: I soft and natural, II slightly firm but natural, III firm and distorted, IV firm, painful and distorted. Grades III and IV usually need another operation, and contracture can return after correction. Displacement can happen during surgery or later. Gravity, injury or the capsule can make it more likely. A saline rupture is expected to lose size or shape. A silicone rupture may cause a smaller breast, a change in shape, a firm lump, asymmetry, pain, numbness or swelling, or no symptom at all. Breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) is not breast cancer. The FDA asks for examination, imaging and, if needed, fluid or tissue tests when swelling, pain or another change persists around an implant. Confirmed BIA-ALCL is usually treated by removing the implant and the capsule. Some people also need chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The FDA also tracks reports of squamous cell carcinoma and other lymphomas in the capsule as a separate safety issue. Fatigue, brain fog and joint pain are sometimes described as breast implant illness. The cause is not well defined, and removal cannot be promised to clear those symptoms in every person. Source: FDA breast implant risks.

Which incision is planned for my anatomy, and how much asymmetry can remain?

The FDA describes asymmetry as a difference in size, shape or level. A difference that is already there may not disappear completely. For augmentation, the written plan should name where the incision will be, which pocket the implant enters, and where the scar will sit. The FDA does not recommend a navel incision for approved saline implants, because of rupture and deflation. In an exchange, the new incision is often made through the old scar. The old scar’s position, thin tissue and the capsule can limit that choice. A scar is permanent, it can widen, and a later scar revision should not be assumed to sit inside the first fee. Source: FDA breast implant risks.

If an implant or wound problem appears after I go home, who follows it and which costs are whose?

The NHS says a clinic abroad may not take on the same follow-up duty as a UK operation, and there may be no doctor arranged in your own country. The questions to settle in writing are what happens if there is a complication, where reviews take place, and what a return journey and further surgery would cost. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Whether the clinic’s own insurance covers you is a separate question. The FDA notes that removing or replacing an implant may not be covered by insurance even when there is a complication. A manufacturer’s card or warranty is not a substitute for the surgeon’s fee for wound care, admission or revision. This page does not say that any partner pays those items. The scope has to be separated in writing before surgery. Symptoms that should be reported without delay include growing swelling or bruising, fever, a wound that opens, an implant that becomes visible, and a new lump or fluid on one side. Sources: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad, FDA points to consider before breast implants.

If I remove my breast implants later, what might my breasts look like?

There is no single appearance after implant removal. If implants are removed without replacement, the FDA says the breasts may have dimpling, puckering, wrinkling, tissue loss or sagging; some people may consider another operation, but the result cannot be guaranteed. Your surgeon can discuss how the implant size, your existing breast tissue, skin and any lift may affect the options. Ask whether removal alone, replacement or another procedure is being considered and what each could involve. FDA information on breast implants.

Frequently asked questions about cost

How much does a breast lift with implants cost in Turkey in 2026? +

As of September 2026 the breast lift with implants Turkey price on this page is 4,000–6,500 EUR. Doughnut, lollipop and inverted-T with implants sit in that band. The written quote is what you pay.

What changes the breast lift with implants price in Turkey? +

The price changes with both the lift and implant plan: ptosis grade, incision pattern, implant brand, profile, pocket, asymmetry, previous breast surgery, hospital needs and hotel nights. A staged plan, reduction or revision is a different quote.

When can I fly after a breast lift with implants? +

When the surgeon discharges you, usually inside the 7 to 10 nights in Istanbul. The 1 or 2 hospital nights sit inside that stay; they do not replace it.

Are flights included in the package? +

Flights are usually extra. Check the written quote. Book flexible dates in case discharge is delayed.

Can a lift and implants be done in one operation? +

Yes, if the surgeon considers it safe. You avoid two anaesthetics, but theatre time is longer and the quote is different from a lift alone. If the tissue or the plan does not allow it, they are quoted separately.

When might two stages be safer than one combined operation? +

A surgeon may discuss staging when droop is severe, tissue is thin, the desired implant is large, previous surgery complicates the plan, or wound tension would be too high. This is decided after assessment, not from a package name.

What is the difference between a breast lift alone and one with implants? +

A lift without implants raises and repositions the breast; volume does not increase and, after skin is removed, it can look a little smaller. With implants you add projection and more fullness at the top. Prices for a lift alone are on their own page.

Which implants are used (Motiva, Mentor)? +

It depends on the assessment and the contract. Motiva and Mentor usually fall in the upper part of the 4,000–6,500 EUR range if they are included. The written quote lists brand, profile and lot. There is no “best brand” for every patient.

Are implants lifetime devices in a lift with implants? +

No. Replacement, removal or revision may be needed later because of capsule problems, rupture, malposition, pain, asymmetry, tissue changes or preference. A future exchange is not normally included in the first combined-operation quote.

What should be written on the quote before I pay a deposit? +

The quote should state whether this is one-stage or possibly staged surgery, expected incision pattern, implant brand and profile, pocket plan, named surgeon, hospital, nights included, follow-up and exclusions for complications or revision.

Why are some lift with implants prices much cheaper? +

A lower headline may quote lift alone, an unnamed implant, fewer nights, no hotel or no clear follow-up. Because this combines two procedure elements, compare the same lift pattern, implant brand, hospital and exclusions before judging price.

What symptoms need urgent medical help after I return home? +

Seek local urgent care for shortness of breath, chest pain, fainting, one-sided calf swelling, rapidly increasing breast swelling, heavy bleeding, spreading redness, fever, pus, severe uncontrolled pain, a wound opening, or dark, pale or blistered skin or nipple colour.

How does a lift with implants in Turkey compare with a UK private quote? +

UK private care is usually surgery alone, often in a band comparable to 6,500–12,000 EUR, quoted in pounds, without hotel. A Turkish package can include hospital, implants, surgical bra and post-operative follow-up arrangements. Compare the same items. Savings are not guaranteed.

Is a mummy makeover a single package? +

No. We do not offer a ready-made mummy-makeover package under that name. After childbirth a lift may be enough, or a lift with implants, or adding abdomen and liposuction. The price is the sum of what the surgeon plans.
