6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Relations between Just Clinic Istanbul and Website users shall be governed by Spanish law, in particular the LSSI-CE, GDPR, LOPDGDD and other applicable consumer and user protection rules where relevant.
For resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile in Spain, where the consumer has that legal status under applicable law. Otherwise, and unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, they submit to the competent courts under general law.
