What a Mia breast package is

Mia breast augmentation places implants through a small incision near the armpit. It is a minimally invasive surgical procedure, with an implant pocket and anaesthesia; it is not a non-surgical breast treatment. The surgeon confirms suitability, the device, risks and aftercare.

The written offer from your treating hospital or clinic should confirm the scope for this Mia package: the sitting named on your written plan, hotel nights around the first check, transfers, and an English-speaking coordinator. Brand, volume in cubic centimetres and lot belong on the paper. No cup letter is promised at a fixed fee.

Who this package is for

Surgeons usually consider adults who want a modest volume change, whose skin and chest can support a small-access Motiva implant, and who do not already need a lift. A chest that sits low, a large jump in volume, a recent pregnancy still settling, or a plan to lose a lot of weight will often pause Mia and point toward a different operation. Smoking, when the team has asked you to stop, is another reason to wait.

Send daylight photographs — front, sides and three-quarter — without filters or a padded bra. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. A tummy tuck or liposuction in the same stay is not assumed in this figure.

What sits outside the quote

A breast lift, fat transfer, a larger-incision implant approach, later implant replacement or revision is a separate scope unless the provider confirms it in writing. The written plan should identify the implant and anaesthetic arrangements.

Sitting, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul

The nights on your paper are the ones that count. Leave room for the in-person assessment, the sitting and clearance to fly after the first check. A traditional implant stay on our breast pages is often five to seven days; a Mia plan can be shorter when the team signs discharge earlier. It is still not a weekend city break. Seven to ten nights belong to combined body and face operations, not this one.

The sitting is outpatient in many plans: local anaesthetic with or without sedation, or a short general anaesthetic if that is safer for you. Theatre time is usually shorter than a dual-plane implant under the muscle. Discharge is signed by the team — it is not an advertising clock.

Recovery after you fly home

The first days are chest care: a support bra if you were fitted with one, no heavy bags, no arms high above the shoulder until you are shown that. Desk work is often earlier than after a muscle-splitting implant, but it is not a same-day gym promise. Swelling and tightness settle over weeks. The shape keeps changing for months. None of that is a cup-size guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, sudden swelling or pain that is getting worse — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note and the implant card with you.
