As of September 2026, the cost of Best Friends Breast Augmentation Package (2 People) in Turkey is 6,300 – 10,100 EUR for the named two-person breast-augmentation scope shown here. The written plan should confirm the implant plan and surgical arrangements for each person, hospital and anaesthetic care, first checks and medication. The price covers two people as named, while implant choice and suitability must be assessed separately.

Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for breast augmentation procedures for two people from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. This stay books implant breast enlargement for two adults who travel together: each guest receives a pair of prostheses as named after her own maps — round or anatomical, under the gland, under the muscle, or dual plane. It is not a lift, not fat transfer, not a Mia-style filling session, and not a third ticket taped on at the desk. Cup size is not promised at a fixed fee, and the two chests will not match just because the hotel room is shared. Brand, volume, profile and the lot number for each patient belong on the written quote.

The written plan should identify each guest’s implant procedure and the implant specifications for each. The two theatre lists should state their sequence; they are not assumed to happen at the same time.

Surgeons usually consider two adults who each want more volume, who are close to a stable weight, and whose breasts do not already sit so low that a lift is needed first. Sharing a room does not mean sharing a plan: if one friend needs a lift, or is not cleared for a long general anaesthetic, her date is postponed or she is quoted alone. Typical reasons include a chest that has always felt small, volume lost after pregnancy or weight change, or a difference between the two sides — assessed separately for each guest.

The pair is often postponed if another pregnancy is planned soon, if a large weight loss is still coming, if smoking has not been stopped when asked, or if one guest’s photographs show a lift is the honest first step. Send daylight photographs for both — front and both sides, arms relaxed — without a padded bra or a filter. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. A reduction, a lift with implants, or a third traveller is not assumed.

A third guest, breast lift, fat transfer, Mia session, second operation or implant brand not named in the plan is separate. If an individual guest is not suitable, that does not convert their operation to extra work for the other guest. Excessive implant sizing is not an appropriate target. Over-sizing either chest to chase a photograph is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.

Plan a week in the city — typically five to seven days — covering both in-person assessments, both operations as sequenced, hospital nights, the first bra checks and clearance to fly for both of you. Four advertising hotel nights are tight once two ward stays sit on the same trip. Seven to ten nights belong to longer body and face operations, not this pair. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks either of you to stay.

Each theatre sitting is usually one to two hours under general anaesthetic. A straightforward round implant can be shorter; dual plane or anatomical implants can take longer. The two lists may fall on consecutive days so both are not waking from anaesthetic in the same hour. Discharge is signed by the surgeon for each guest — it is not an advertising date.

The first seven to ten days are chest care for both of you: the surgical bra as shown, no gym, no lifting children or heavy bags, no sleeping on your front. Implants sit high at first and settle over months. Swelling and tightness ease over weeks; scars fade over months, not days. Desk work is often possible after one to two weeks if the surgeon agrees. Driving, sport and underwire wait for the timetable on each discharge note. Sharing a room does not mean sharing a recovery speed. None of that is a cup-size guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, sudden swelling on one side, pain that is getting worse, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note and the implant passport for that guest with you.

These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.

What implant will be used, and will I receive an implant card?

The FDA expects legally marketed breast implants to carry labelling that lists the device materials, and a device card for the patient. The card should identify the device after surgery. Implants may be filled with saline or silicone gel. Shape, style and surface (smooth or textured) vary by product. Volume and profile are chosen in the surgeon’s written plan from the breast base, the tissue cover and the projection being discussed. This page does not recommend a brand. The FDA does not recommend an umbilical incision for approved saline implants, because of rupture. Sources: FDA points to consider before breast implants, FDA breast implant risks.

What long-term checks and scans are planned for a breast implant?

The FDA does not treat a breast implant as a lifetime device. The longer it stays, the more likely removal, replacement or another operation becomes. That later operation may not be paid by insurance or by the original package. A saline rupture usually deflates within days and is visible. Most silicone-gel ruptures are silent, and examination alone can miss them. The FDA describes MRI as the most effective check for silent rupture, and ultrasound as an acceptable screening option when there are no symptoms. Labelling guidance suggests the first ultrasound or MRI at 5–6 years, then every 2–3 years, for people with silicone implants and no symptoms. If there are symptoms, or the ultrasound is uncertain, MRI is advised. This screening does not replace mammography for breast cancer. How would capsular contracture, rupture, displacement or a rare implant-associated disease be recognised?

Capsular contracture is tightening of the scar layer around the implant. The FDA’s Baker grades are: I soft and natural, II slightly firm but natural, III firm and distorted, IV firm, painful and distorted. Grades III and IV usually need another operation, and contracture can return after correction. Displacement can happen during surgery or later. Gravity, injury or the capsule can make it more likely. A saline rupture is expected to lose size or shape. A silicone rupture may cause a smaller breast, a change in shape, a firm lump, asymmetry, pain, numbness or swelling, or no symptom at all. Breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL) is not breast cancer. The FDA asks for examination, imaging and, if needed, fluid or tissue tests when swelling, pain or another change persists around an implant. Confirmed BIA-ALCL is usually treated by removing the implant and the capsule. Some people also need chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The FDA also tracks reports of squamous cell carcinoma and other lymphomas in the capsule as a separate safety issue. Fatigue, brain fog and joint pain are sometimes described as breast implant illness. The cause is not well defined, and removal cannot be promised to clear those symptoms in every person. Which incision is planned for my anatomy, and how much asymmetry can remain?

The FDA describes asymmetry as a difference in size, shape or level. A difference that is already there may not disappear completely. For augmentation, the written plan should name where the incision will be, which pocket the implant enters, and where the scar will sit. The FDA does not recommend a navel incision for approved saline implants, because of rupture and deflation. In an exchange, the new incision is often made through the old scar. The old scar’s position, thin tissue and the capsule can limit that choice. A scar is permanent, it can widen, and a later scar revision should not be assumed to sit inside the first fee. If an implant or wound problem appears after I go home, who follows it and which costs are whose?

The NHS says a clinic abroad may not take on the same follow-up duty as a UK operation, and there may be no doctor arranged in your own country. The questions to settle in writing are what happens if there is a complication, where reviews take place, and what a return journey and further surgery would cost. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Whether the clinic’s own insurance covers you is a separate question. The FDA notes that removing or replacing an implant may not be covered by insurance even when there is a complication. A manufacturer’s card or warranty is not a substitute for the surgeon’s fee for wound care, admission or revision. This page does not say that any partner pays those items. The scope has to be separated in writing before surgery. Symptoms that should be reported without delay include growing swelling or bruising, fever, a wound that opens, an implant that becomes visible, and a new lump or fluid on one side. How many cc do I need for a C or D cup?

There is no reliable cc number that guarantees a C or D cup. The same implant volume can look different depending on your starting breast volume, chest width, tissue coverage, skin and implant profile. A surgeon should use your measurements and discuss the proportion you want, then record the selected implant dimensions and volume in the plan. The aim is an agreed change, not a guaranteed letter size. FDA patient information describes individual discussion of implant shape, size, placement and incision.

Can I breastfeed after breast implants?

Some people with breast implants breastfeed, while others do not make a full milk supply. Breast surgery can affect milk ducts or nerves, and the effect may depend on the incision, implant position and your own breast anatomy. An incision around the areola may be more likely to affect milk production than some other approaches, but it does not determine an individual's outcome. If you are planning a future pregnancy, discuss this before surgery and tell your maternity and infant-feeding team about the operation so they can monitor feeding and your baby's weight. CDC guidance explains possible effects of breast surgery on lactation.

Can I have a mammogram with breast implants?

Yes. Breast implants do not remove the need for age- and risk-appropriate breast screening. Tell the imaging centre when you book and remind the mammography staff when you arrive, because trained staff use additional views to show as much breast tissue as possible. Implants can make imaging more challenging, so ask whether the centre has experience with implant imaging. Screening mammography and imaging to check a silicone implant for rupture are different purposes; follow the advice of your clinician for each. FDA guidance confirms that patients with implants can have screening mammograms.

What is implant rippling, and who is more likely to see or feel it?

Rippling means folds or waves in an implant shell that may be visible through, or felt beneath, the breast. It is more noticeable when there is less natural tissue covering the implant, and implant type, size and position can affect how visible or palpable it is. Some implant edge or folds may be felt even without a problem. The surgeon should explain how your tissue coverage and proposed pocket affect this possibility; changing the plan cannot guarantee that rippling will not occur. ASPS discusses rippling and implant visibility in people with thinner tissue coverage.

Will I lose nipple sensation after breast augmentation?

Nipple or breast sensation may increase or decrease after implant surgery. A change can be temporary or permanent, and the degree varies between people. Ask the surgeon to explain this risk in relation to the proposed incision and plan, and what follow-up is available if altered sensation continues. The FDA lists nipple or breast sensation changes as a possible temporary or permanent complication.

What happens to breast implants after pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding do not automatically mean that an implant must be replaced, but breasts can change in size or shape. In one ASPS-reported study of augmentation patients, breast measurements and sagging increased after pregnancy, while breastfeeding did not add a significant difference compared with patients who did not breastfeed. If you notice a new change in shape, pain, swelling or firmness, ask a clinician to assess it. ASPS summarises that study of pregnancy and breastfeeding after augmentation.

If I remove my implants later, what will my breasts look like?

The appearance after removal varies. Breast skin and natural tissue may be stretched or thinned, so the breasts can look smaller, looser or uneven; some people choose another procedure, while others do not. The result depends on the original breast tissue, implant size and position, time in place and whether the surrounding capsule is treated. FDA information notes that some people have dimpling, puckering, sagging or a contour change after removal without replacement. Discuss removal alone, replacement and any lift as separate options with a surgeon. FDA describes possible changes after explantation.
