Sixpack Lipo + Penis Enlargement cost in Turkey
In September 2026, the cost of Sixpack Lipo + Penis Enlargement in Turkey is 6,500 – 9,500 EUR for the six-pack liposuction and discreet urology scope shown on this page. The written plan should identify the abdominal areas, named urology procedure, hospital or clinic setting, anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication and garments. Each procedure requires separate medical assessment.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for combined six-pack liposuction and penile hyaluronic-acid filler procedures from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What a sixpack lipo and penis enlargement package is
This stay pairs two different sittings in one Istanbul trip: high-definition liposuction along the rectus lines of the abdomen, and hyaluronic-acid gel placed for girth. Etching thins fat over grooves that already exist in the muscle; it does not build a six-pack from a soft midsection, and it is not a 360 belt around the flanks and back. The filler sitting adds volume under the skin — temporary gel, not a penile implant, not fat transfer, not ligament release for length. Millilitres and product sit on the written plan. A magazine abdomen plus a millimetre promise is not sold at a fixed fee.
The written plan should identify the abdominal etching map and the hyaluronic-acid filler plan, including separate clinical assessments for each procedure.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider adult men who already sit near a stable, relatively low body fat, who train the core, who still have a thin layer hiding the rectus, and who also want reversible girth with gel rather than a prosthesis. If the waist still carries a thick belt, a 360 sitting is the body conversation first. If erection hardness is the problem, an implant paper is the conversation, not filler. If you want tissue that is not gel, fat transfer is a different quote.
The date is often postponed if a large weight change is still coming, if the team has asked you to stop smoking, if an active infection makes filler less safe, or if a long-term condition makes a general anaesthetic less safe. Send daylight photographs of the trunk — front and both sides, standing, no filter, no flexing. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates or injects. A 360 belt, gynecomastia, a hair transplant or an implant “while we are there” is not assumed.
What sits outside the quote
A tummy tuck, VASER, post-liposuction massage, fat transfer, circumcision or later revision is separate unless named. Over-etching the abdomen, or over-filling to chase a photograph, is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.
Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Plan five to ten days in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the etching sitting, the hospital night, a separate filler sitting when you can be comfortable, garment checks and clearance to fly. Four advertising hotel nights are not our medical rule. The hospital night sits inside those days; it does not replace them. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks. A filler-only afternoon is too short for this pair.
Etching is under general anaesthetic and is a hospital admission. Filler is outpatient under local anaesthetic as named — not a second general anaesthetic as standard. The two are not assumed to share one theatre list: the written plan names the order of days. Discharge is signed by the team — it is not an advertising date.
Recovery after you fly home
The first weeks are dual care: compression on the abdomen as shown, short walks, no gym, no heat on the belly; and filler rules — keep the area clean, skip tight clothing and sexual activity until the note allows it. Swelling can hide the etched lines for weeks; filler swelling settles over days. Desk work is often possible after one to two weeks if the surgeon agrees. Sport waits about four to six weeks for the abdomen, or longer if the discharge note says so. Filler is not permanent girth. None of that is a six-pack or millimetre guarantee.
Red flags after you return — spreading redness on the abdomen or injection sites, pus, a temperature that persists, sudden one-sided swelling, a pale patch, breathlessness, or trouble passing urine — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
How are clot, haematoma and seroma assessed, and what is done if they develop?
ASPS lists fluid collection, uneven contour and deep-vein thrombosis among liposuction risks. A firm, purple, growing swelling is a haematoma, and a large one is evacuated. A wavy swelling is a seroma. A collection that persists can be aspirated. A painful swollen calf with breathlessness is an emergency-department symptom. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
After I go home, who follows asymmetry, a seroma or another complication, and who pays for revision?
The NHS asks people to get the cost of further surgery and a return journey in writing beforehand. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This page does not say that any partner pays for revision. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
How were the starting measurements taken, and what can a penile enlargement procedure realistically change?
Stretched flaccid length does not stand in for erect length. Girth is recorded separately. A fixed promise in centimetres does not show the measuring method or the evidence behind it. Source: EAU guidance on penile size.
How can enlargement affect erection angle, orgasm, ejaculation and genital sensation?
Filler or fat is not done to correct erection angle or orgasm. Nodules and an uneven contour can interfere with sexual contact. A fixed gain in sensation or function should not be written as a promise.
If bleeding, infection or a filler problem appears after I go home, who follows it and which cost is whose?
Paleness, bruising, severe pain or a wound that opens after filler or fat injection needs review without delay. The NHS asks people treated abroad to get the cost of further treatment and a return journey in writing beforehand. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This page does not say that any partner pays to remove filler or fat. Sources: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
Can penile HA filler be dissolved if I do not like the result?
Hyaluronidase may be considered by a qualified clinician when the product is confirmed to be hyaluronic acid, but it is not a guaranteed way to return the penis to its previous appearance. The amount and placement of filler, the reason for the concern, and whether inflammation or infection is present all affect the assessment. Published penile-specific guidance describes hyaluronidase as one possible part of managing confirmed HA-related problems, alongside other approaches where needed. Ask who would assess and manage the issue, and what follow-up is available. Do not try to dissolve or manipulate filler yourself. A new or worsening problem needs prompt clinical review. A review of penile enhancement complications discusses these treatment limits.
What should I do if I develop a lump or nodule after penile filler?
A new lump after penile filler should be assessed by a clinician familiar with the procedure; its cause cannot be diagnosed from a description or photograph alone. Penile-specific reports describe subcutaneous nodules as one possible complication, and swelling, infection or filler distribution can also affect the appearance. Do not squeeze, massage or inject the area unless the treating clinician has advised you to do so. Seek prompt local medical care for increasing pain, spreading redness, fever, discharge, pale or mottled skin, marked swelling or difficulty passing urine, and contact the treating provider about follow-up. Management depends on examination and the identified cause. A penile HA follow-up study reports nodules and infection among possible complications.
Can penile HA filler migrate or look uneven after swelling goes down?
It can look uneven while swelling is changing, and migration has also been reported after penile HA filler. There is no universal day when an early difference becomes the final result: product, placement, anatomy and healing all matter, and penile-specific evidence is limited. The article’s recovery table is a planning guide, not a deadline for judging the outcome. A persistent or marked difference should be reviewed by the treating clinician, who can assess whether it reflects settling, filler distribution or another problem. Seek prompt care for pain that is worsening, redness, fever, discharge, pale or mottled skin, or difficulty passing urine. A review of penile enhancement complications describes migration among reported HA-related issues.
How many millilitres of penile filler will I need?
There is no standard millilitre amount that can be recommended for everyone. The volume discussed should depend on the person’s anatomy, the stated goal, the product and the clinician’s assessment; a larger amount is not automatically a better or more suitable result. Ask the treating provider to state the product and planned volume in writing and explain the expected limits, follow-up and what would prompt a staged approach. Published evidence and techniques are not fully standardised, so a headline amount should not be treated as a personalised recommendation or outcome promise. EAU guidance describes the evidence limits for penile girth enhancement.
Can I have more penile filler later?
A later session may be discussed, but whether and when it is appropriate depends on the result, how the filler has settled, your anatomy and a fresh clinical assessment. Available penile HA evidence does not establish one repeat-session schedule that suits everyone. More filler should not be treated as an automatic top-up or as a way to correct every irregularity. Ask whether a further session is clinically appropriate, what product and volume would be considered, and whether its cost and follow-up are separate from the first quotation. EAU guidance describes the evidence limits and need for individual counselling.
Does having a foreskin or being circumcised change the assessment for penile filler?
It can be relevant to the assessment, but circumcision status alone does not determine whether filler is suitable. Tell the clinician about foreskin tightness, skin conditions, prior penile procedures and any previous filler. A penile-specific follow-up study reported that redundant preputial tissue may be associated with oedema or gel migration, although this evidence does not establish a rule for every patient. The clinician should examine the area and explain how the skin and planned injection approach affect the proposed plan. Active inflammation, infection or another skin problem needs individual review before any procedure is considered. The penile HA study reports the limited prepuce finding.
