360 Lipo + Gynecomastia cost in Turkey
For September 2026, 360 Lipo + Gynecomastia costs 7,300 – 10,500 EUR in Turkey for the 360-liposuction and gynecomastia scope shown here. The written plan should set out the body areas, chest-surgery plan, hospital and anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication and compression garments. Additional chest work or contouring should only be accepted when written.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for combined 360 liposuction and gynecomastia procedures from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What a 360 lipo and gynecomastia package is
This stay combines lipo 360 — circumferential suction around the abdomen, flanks and lower back as one belt — with gynecomastia surgery that flattens a male chest of gland, fat, or both. Fat cells taken from the named trunk field do not return there; remaining cells can still enlarge if weight goes up. Firm gland under the nipple is usually taken out through a small cut at the areola; softer chest fat can be taken with liposuction. It is not a diet, not a tummy tuck, not sixpack etching, and not a clothing-size promise.
The written plan should identify the 360 treatment map and chest procedure after assessment. The operating clinician should be named in the plan.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider adult men close to a stable weight who still have a stubborn trunk belt after diet and exercise, whose skin can reasonably retract, and whose chest has not flattened because of residual gland, fat, or both. If the only issue is the chest, the gynecomastia package is the right sitting. If the only issue is a one-zone pocket, the one-zone liposuction quote is the right sitting. If the apron hangs or the midline has split, a tummy tuck is the conversation, not more suction on this quote. Spare skin after a large weight loss may need a different excision, not this pair.
The combined sitting is often postponed if a large weight change is still coming, if a hormone cause of the chest has not been looked at, if the team has asked you to stop smoking, or if a long-term condition makes a long general anaesthetic less safe. Send daylight photographs of the trunk — front, sides and back — and of the chest, standing, no filter and no sucking in. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. Sixpack etching, a hair transplant or extra zones are not assumed.
What sits outside the quote
Hair transplantation or skin excision is outside the stated scope unless named. Over-suction or emptying the chest to chase a photograph is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.
Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Plan seven to ten nights in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the combined sitting, the hospital night, the first garment and vest checks and clearance to fly. Four hotel nights is too short for a 360-plus-chest stay. Five to ten days belong to a 360 sitting on its own; this pairing still needs that liposuction window so both sites are reviewed before you fly. The hospital night sits inside those days; it does not replace them. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.
Theatre is under general anaesthetic. A 360 belt plus a chest sitting is longer than either operation alone. The expected time sits on the written plan. Discharge is signed by the surgeon — it is not an advertising date.
Recovery after you fly home
Wear the trunk garment and the chest vest as shown. No gym, no heavy bags, no chest-press work until the team clears it. Swelling and bruising are expected; the contour is not the day-three photograph. Desk work is often possible after one to two weeks if the surgeon agrees. Sport waits for the timetable on your discharge note. Sensation around the nipple can change for a while. The 360 look and the chest both settle over months, not days. None of that is a clothing-size or flat-chest guarantee.
Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, a collection that is getting larger, pain that is getting worse, sudden one-sided swelling, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
Can Lipo 360 and gynaecomastia surgery be combined?
Yes, Lipo 360 and gynecomastia surgery can sometimes be combined in one operation when the overall surgical plan is suitable. Lipo 360 contours the trunk, while gynecomastia surgery may involve chest liposuction, removal of glandular tissue, skin removal or a combination of these depending on the chest. The surgeon should consider the extent of trunk liposuction, how much chest surgery is required, blood and fluid loss, garment requirements, BMI and weight stability, general health, total operating time and blood-clot risk. A small chest excision added to moderate liposuction is different from extensive circumferential liposuction combined with major chest skin removal, and more extensive plans may be staged.
Is the main problem extra fat, extra skin or separated abdominal muscles, and which of those will this operation treat?
ASPS notes that when a large amount of fat is removed, extra skin can need a second operation. J-Plasma, also called Renuvion, aims to tighten skin with heat. It should not be written as a replacement for a tummy tuck or an arm or thigh lift when there is a hanging skin apron or a clear separation of the abdominal muscles. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
Which areas will liposuction include, and what personal limits will stop or stage it?
ASPS says special planning is needed when more than five litres are usually suctioned. That figure is not a safe ceiling for every person. Blood in the aspirate, the fluid given, the lidocaine dose and the length of the anaesthetic can reduce the scope or split the session. The written plan should name the areas included and the finding that would stop the operation. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
How are a seroma, a wound opening or skin loss recognised and treated?
ASPS lists fluid collection, poor wound healing and heat injury among liposuction risks. A seroma is a wavy swelling under the incision. A small one may be absorbed. A collection that persists can be aspirated. One that is infected or threatening the skin is drained. A wound that opens, or skin that turns black, is a sign of tension, smoking, infection or a circulation problem. It is not a mark to close at home with a dressing. Drains, compression and the review date should be written down. Fever, a bad smell, an open wound and rapidly growing swelling should be reported without delay. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
After I go home, who follows a wound problem or a suspected clot, and who pays for extra treatment?
The NHS asks people having cosmetic surgery abroad to settle in advance where reviews happen and what further surgery and a return journey cost. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. The NHS uses 5–7 days after liposuction or breast surgery, and 7–10 days after a tummy tuck, as planning windows before flying. A painful swollen calf with breathlessness or chest pain is an emergency-department symptom. This page does not say that any partner pays those items. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
For gynecomastia, why liposuction, gland removal, or both, and will the tissue go to pathology?
The fatty part is taken with liposuction. The gland is cut out. Liposuction alone may not correct a firm gland. A lump that is on one side, firm, new, or pulling the nipple needs breast cancer kept in the differential first. Whether suspicious tissue will be sent to pathology should be written down. Source: European Academy of Andrology gynecomastia guideline.
How will nipple sensation and a natural chest contour be protected?
Taking too much of the gland under the nipple can leave a crater. A change in sensation can be temporary or lasting. The two sides may not match. Fat grafting or a second correction for a crater or asymmetry should not be assumed to sit inside the first fee. Source: ASPS gynecomastia surgery safety.
How are clot, haematoma and seroma assessed, and what is done if they develop?
ASPS lists fluid collection, uneven contour and deep-vein thrombosis among liposuction risks. A firm, purple, growing swelling is a haematoma, and a large one is evacuated. A wavy swelling is a seroma. A collection that persists can be aspirated. A painful swollen calf with breathlessness is an emergency-department symptom. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
After I go home, who follows asymmetry, a seroma or another complication, and who pays for revision?
The NHS asks people to get the cost of further surgery and a return journey in writing beforehand. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This page does not say that any partner pays for revision. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
Why do I have firm lumps after VASER 360 — could it be fibrosis?
Firmness, bruising and swelling can occur in the early weeks after liposuction, but a lump cannot be identified as fibrosis from a description or photograph alone. Healing changes, fluid or a contour irregularity are among the possibilities a clinician may need to assess. Contact the surgical team if a lump is worsening, unusually painful, red or warm, or is not following the recovery pattern they gave you; fever or rapidly increasing swelling also needs prompt review. Do not massage a new or concerning area unless your surgeon has told you to. ASPS liposuction recovery guidance describes firmness and advises contacting the surgeon when unsure.
Do I need lymphatic drainage massage after VASER 360?
No single massage schedule applies to everyone after VASER 360. Some plastic surgeons use lymphatic drainage massage in their recovery protocol, while others give different instructions; the treated area, operation and healing all matter. Ask the surgeon who will follow your recovery whether massage is recommended, when it may begin, who should perform it and which areas must be avoided. Do not book forceful or unsupervised massage on the assumption that it is essential. ASPS recovery commentary notes that surgeons’ instructions differ and describes massage as one approach used by some practices.
How long will I need to wear a compression garment after VASER 360?
A compression garment is commonly worn for several weeks after VASER 360, following the treating team’s discharge plan. The exact schedule depends on the areas treated and your healing. Confirm how many hours each day to wear it, when it can be removed for washing and whether the surgeon wants to review its fit. ASPS guidance for ultrasound-assisted liposuction says a surgeon may recommend a special garment and that recovery differs between people.
Can fat come back after VASER 360 if I gain weight?
Yes. VASER removes fat cells from treated areas, but it does not prevent future weight gain. Remaining fat cells can enlarge, and substantial weight gain can change the treated contour as well as other areas; this is not weight-loss surgery. The amount and distribution of change vary. ASPS explains fat return after liposuction; its ultrasound-assisted liposuction guidance likewise says removed fat cells are not recreated. Discuss major planned weight changes with the treating surgeon before setting expectations.
When will my stomach or waist look normal rather than swollen?
Initial swelling can obscure the waist contour for weeks, and it may take several months for swelling to settle and the shape to mature. Allow for early recovery over weeks while recognising that contour can continue settling for 3–6 months; neither period is a guaranteed date. Ask the treating surgeon to review swelling that is worsening or differs from the discharge guidance. ASPS liposuction results guidance also notes that swelling may take several months to dissipate.
What tests might I need before gynecomastia surgery?
There is no single test panel for everyone. Assessment usually starts with your history, including when the enlargement began and any medicines or supplements, plus an examination to distinguish glandular tissue from fat and check for findings that need investigation. Depending on the history and examination, a clinician may consider blood tests for hormones or thyroid, liver or kidney function, and sometimes testicular ultrasound or breast imaging. Imaging is not automatically required when examination is clear; a suspicious finding needs prompt diagnostic assessment. The European Academy of Andrology guideline recommends that a thorough work-up, when warranted, be guided by a specialist. Ask the clinician assessing you which tests are relevant before surgery. The EAA clinical practice guideline describes this assessment approach.
