What a BBL package is

A Brazilian butt lift harvests fat from donor zones — typically the abdomen, flanks and lower back — and places it under the skin of the buttocks. It is your own fat, not a silicone implant. The waist can look narrower because the donor fat has been taken out; the buttocks look fuller because some of that fat stays. It is not a weight-loss operation, not liposuction alone, and not a promise that every millilitre will survive. Fat is placed in the subcutaneous plane, not into the muscle. Ultrasound may guide the cannulas when the team uses it.

Who this package is for

Surgeons usually consider adults close to a stable weight who have enough donor fat to harvest safely and who can follow sitting rules for several weeks. Typical maps include a trunk belt plus a flat or deflated buttock after weight change or pregnancy. There is no celebrity-shape guarantee. If there is not enough fat, if a large weight change is still coming, or if the team has asked you to stop smoking, the sitting is often postponed. Buttock implants are a different operation and a different quote.

Send daylight photographs of the donor areas and the buttocks — front, sides and back, standing, no filter and no sucking in. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. A tummy tuck in the same stay is not assumed in this figure.

What the all-inclusive stay covers

The EUR figure on this page is one coordinated stay, not a menu you assemble at the desk. Your written quote lists the BBL sitting as planned after assessment, the named donor liposuction and fat graft, the pre-operative examination and blood tests, general anaesthetic, one or two hospital nights, hotel nights with breakfast for the nights we book around the checks, private transfers between the airport, hotel and clinic, an English-speaking coordinator, a compression garment on the donor areas, and a BBL pillow.

Hotel nights are hotel nights after discharge, not a second ward stay. The coordinator stays the same person who wrote back to your first message.

What sits outside the quote

Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, lymphatic massage unless named, a tummy tuck, buttock implants, a later top-up graft, and treatment of a complication beyond the contract sit outside this figure unless they are written on the paper. Over-grafting to chase a photograph is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.

Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul

Plan seven to ten nights in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the sitting, the hospital nights, the first dressing and pillow checks, and clearance to fly. Three- or five-night city-break adverts rarely leave the same medical margin. The hospital stay sits inside those nights; it does not replace them. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.

Theatre time is usually two to four hours under general anaesthetic. A single donor belt can be shorter; several harvest zones or a skinny harvest can run longer. Discharge is signed by the surgeon — it is not an advertising date.

Recovery after you fly home

You use a BBL pillow in the hotel and on the plane so you do not sit fully on the graft. Full sitting is often two or three weeks, sometimes up to six — the surgeon decides, not this page. Sleep on your front or side as shown. The donor garment stays on for the weeks on your discharge note. Desk work is often three weeks or more without sitting fully. Sport waits about six to eight weeks, or longer if the note says so. The volume keeps settling for months. None of that is a shape guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, sudden one-sided swelling, pain that is getting worse, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
