Penile enlargement with hyaluronic acid filler — Just Clinic Istanbul

The indicative cost of penile enlargement with hyaluronic acid filler in Turkey is EUR 2,500-4,500 for a comparable treatment-only plan. The final cost can vary with the HA product and number of millilitres, clinician and licensed setting, local anaesthesia where planned, follow-up and the scope confirmed after an individual assessment.

Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for hyaluronic acid penile filler procedures from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

This penile filler cost range is a market-based planning reference, not a binding quotation or a guarantee of suitability, safety, function or appearance. Extra product, a later top-up, revision or treatment for a complication are separate cost items unless they are explicitly included in a written quotation.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) filler is an injection-based option intended primarily to add girth by placing product in the soft tissue plane of the shaft. It is not a lengthening operation: it does not lengthen the erectile bodies and should not be presented as a reliable way to increase erect length. Any apparent change in flaccid appearance or measured circumference varies with anatomy, product volume, technique, swelling and healing.

The 2026 European Association of Urology (EAU) guideline gives a weak recommendation for HA, other soft-tissue fillers and autologous fat injection for penile girth enhancement, alongside strong advice to counsel carefully about benefits and complications. It also says these interventions should not be used where penile dysmorphic disorder is present. A clinician should therefore assess health, prior procedures, skin and infection status, medicines, goals and expectations before any treatment plan is made.

Planning pointFinal guide valueWhat it means
Procedure time30–60 minutesInjection time and preparation vary with the agreed product volume and technique.
Hospital stay / dischargeSame dayThis is usually an outpatient procedure. Discharge follows the treating clinician’s assessment, not a fixed travel timetable.
Back to desk work1–3 daysOnly if pain and swelling allow and the role does not involve physical strain.
Settling / initial recovery2–4 weeksSwelling, tenderness and the early contour can change during this period.
Sexual activityAfter 4 weeksA multicentre randomised trial instructed participants to avoid intercourse for four weeks. The treating clinician’s written advice takes priority.
HA filler longevityUp to 18 months in published follow-upHA is not permanent. In an 18-month randomised study, mean girth gain declined over time, even though it remained above baseline at 18 months.

These are planning values rather than personal medical clearance. Seek prompt local clinical care for increasing pain, spreading redness, fever, discharge, a pale or mottled area, marked asymmetry, or difficulty passing urine; then contact the treating provider. Do not self-inject silicone, paraffin, petroleum jelly or any other unapproved substance. The EAU specifically advises against silicone, paraffin and petroleum jelly for penile girth enhancement.

Penile enlargement is an umbrella term, not one standard operation. The appropriate option, if any, depends on whether the concern is girth, visible flaccid length, buried penis, erectile dysfunction or another medical condition. Each approach has a different evidence base, risk profile, recovery and price structure.

  • Hyaluronic acid filler: a minimally invasive, temporary and potentially reversible injectable approach for girth enhancement. It is the focus of this page and should not be sold as reliable erect-length enlargement.
  • Autologous fat transfer: fat is harvested by liposuction and injected into the shaft for girth enhancement. It is a surgical procedure with different anaesthesia, recovery and variable retention; it is not included in this filler price range.
  • Suspensory ligament release: a length-focused surgical approach that may increase exposed flaccid or stretched length in selected cases. It is not a filler procedure and should not be represented as reliably increasing erect length.
  • Combined approaches: a clinician may discuss more than one approach only after individual assessment. Combining procedures changes the risk, recovery, total cost and suitability; it is not assumed in the price on this page.
  • Penile prosthesis: an implanted device used to treat erectile dysfunction in appropriate patients, not a cosmetic alternative to HA filler. It has a different clinical indication and separate malleable and inflatable price guides.

A 2026 systematic review and meta-analysis found the comparative evidence fragmented and concluded that HA may be considered among minimally invasive options, while calling for head-to-head trials and validated patient-reported outcomes. Published studies support measured girth changes in selected participants, but they do not justify a guaranteed centimetre gain, sexual-function outcome, symmetry, permanence or complication-free result.

Before relying on a quote, ask the treating provider for the HA brand, number of millilitres, injection plane, expected aftercare, what happens if there is irregularity or infection, who provides follow-up after travel, and whether hyaluronidase is available where clinically appropriate. For further context, see our academic guide to hyaluronic acid penile filler safety, evidence and limits.

These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.

How were the starting measurements taken, and what can a penile enlargement procedure realistically change?

Stretched flaccid length does not stand in for erect length. Girth is recorded separately. A fixed promise in centimetres does not show the measuring method or the evidence behind it. Source: EAU guidance on penile size.

How can enlargement affect erection angle, orgasm, ejaculation and genital sensation?

Filler or fat is not done to correct erection angle or orgasm. Nodules and an uneven contour can interfere with sexual contact. A fixed gain in sensation or function should not be written as a promise.

If bleeding, infection or a filler problem appears after I go home, who follows it and which cost is whose?

Paleness, bruising, severe pain or a wound that opens after filler or fat injection needs review without delay. The NHS asks people treated abroad to get the cost of further treatment and a return journey in writing beforehand. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This page does not say that any partner pays to remove filler or fat. Sources: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.

Can penile HA filler be dissolved if I do not like the result?

Hyaluronidase may be considered by a qualified clinician when the product is confirmed to be hyaluronic acid, but it is not a guaranteed way to return the penis to its previous appearance. The amount and placement of filler, the reason for the concern, and whether inflammation or infection is present all affect the assessment. Published penile-specific guidance describes hyaluronidase as one possible part of managing confirmed HA-related problems, alongside other approaches where needed. Ask who would assess and manage the issue, and what follow-up is available. Do not try to dissolve or manipulate filler yourself. A new or worsening problem needs prompt clinical review. A review of penile enhancement complications discusses these treatment limits.

What should I do if I develop a lump or nodule after penile filler?

A new lump after penile filler should be assessed by a clinician familiar with the procedure; its cause cannot be diagnosed from a description or photograph alone. Penile-specific reports describe subcutaneous nodules as one possible complication, and swelling, infection or filler distribution can also affect the appearance. Do not squeeze, massage or inject the area unless the treating clinician has advised you to do so. Seek prompt local medical care for increasing pain, spreading redness, fever, discharge, pale or mottled skin, marked swelling or difficulty passing urine, and contact the treating provider about follow-up. Management depends on examination and the identified cause. A penile HA follow-up study reports nodules and infection among possible complications.

Can penile HA filler migrate or look uneven after swelling goes down?

It can look uneven while swelling is changing, and migration has also been reported after penile HA filler. There is no universal day when an early difference becomes the final result: product, placement, anatomy and healing all matter, and penile-specific evidence is limited. The article’s recovery table is a planning guide, not a deadline for judging the outcome. A persistent or marked difference should be reviewed by the treating clinician, who can assess whether it reflects settling, filler distribution or another problem. Seek prompt care for pain that is worsening, redness, fever, discharge, pale or mottled skin, or difficulty passing urine. A review of penile enhancement complications describes migration among reported HA-related issues.

How many millilitres of penile filler will I need?

There is no standard millilitre amount that can be recommended for everyone. The volume discussed should depend on the person’s anatomy, the stated goal, the product and the clinician’s assessment; a larger amount is not automatically a better or more suitable result. Ask the treating provider to state the product and planned volume in writing and explain the expected limits, follow-up and what would prompt a staged approach. Published evidence and techniques are not fully standardised, so a headline amount should not be treated as a personalised recommendation or outcome promise. EAU guidance describes the evidence limits for penile girth enhancement.

Can I have more penile filler later?

A later session may be discussed, but whether and when it is appropriate depends on the result, how the filler has settled, your anatomy and a fresh clinical assessment. Available penile HA evidence does not establish one repeat-session schedule that suits everyone. More filler should not be treated as an automatic top-up or as a way to correct every irregularity. Ask whether a further session is clinically appropriate, what product and volume would be considered, and whether its cost and follow-up are separate from the first quotation. EAU guidance describes the evidence limits and need for individual counselling.

Does having a foreskin or being circumcised change the assessment for penile filler?

It can be relevant to the assessment, but circumcision status alone does not determine whether filler is suitable. Tell the clinician about foreskin tightness, skin conditions, prior penile procedures and any previous filler. A penile-specific follow-up study reported that redundant preputial tissue may be associated with oedema or gel migration, although this evidence does not establish a rule for every patient. The clinician should examine the area and explain how the skin and planned injection approach affect the proposed plan. Active inflammation, infection or another skin problem needs individual review before any procedure is considered. The penile HA study reports the limited prepuce finding.

Frequently asked questions about cost

How much does hyaluronic acid penile filler cost in Turkey? +

The indicative market-based range on this page is EUR 2,500–4,500. It applies to an HA filler plan, not to fat transfer, ligament release, a combined operation or a penile prosthesis. The written quote should identify the product, millilitres, treating provider and included aftercare.

Does penile filler make the penis longer? +

No reliable erect-length increase should be promised. HA filler is used primarily for girth enhancement; it does not lengthen the erectile bodies.

When can I return to work and sexual activity after penile filler? +

Use 1–3 days as a planning guide for non-physical desk work if symptoms allow. A multicentre randomised study instructed participants to abstain from intercourse for four weeks; follow the treating clinician’s written advice for your own recovery.

How long does hyaluronic acid penile filler last? +

HA is not permanent. Published randomised follow-up found girth still above baseline at 18 months, but the mean effect declined over time. Do not treat 18 months as a guaranteed duration or assume that a future top-up is included in the original quote.

What are the main methods of penile enlargement? +

The main approaches discussed in clinical practice are HA filler for girth, autologous fat transfer for girth, suspensory ligament release for selected length-focused cases, and selected combined approaches. They are not interchangeable and have different indications, risks, recovery and pricing.

Is a penile implant the same as penile filler? +

No. A penile prosthesis is an implanted device used for erectile dysfunction in suitable patients. It is not a cosmetic substitute for HA filler and has a different assessment, operation and recovery pathway.

Who should not proceed without specialist assessment? +

Active infection, untreated skin disease, bleeding risk, significant prior procedures, medical conditions that affect healing, or expectations of a guaranteed size or sexual-function outcome all require individual clinical review. EAU guidance also advises against HA filler, soft-tissue fillers and autologous fat injection in men with penile dysmorphic disorder.
