This stay places hyaluronic-acid gel along the shaft to add girth — volume under the skin, not a bone-length operation and not a millimetre sold from a photograph. The product is temporary; the body breaks it down over months, so a later top-up is a different sitting unless the paper already names it. It is not a penile implant, not fat transfer, not ligament release for length, and not circumcision. How many millilitres and which product sit on the written plan. A length claim that the gel cannot honestly deliver is refused.

The treating healthcare provider should identify the clinician responsible for the procedure and confirm the method, product or device after assessment in writing.

Urologists usually consider adult men who want more girth with a reversible gel, whose skin is healthy at the injection sites, and who accept that filler is not permanent and not a substitute for an implant when rigidity is the problem. If erection hardness is the issue, an implant paper is the conversation. If you want tissue that is not gel, fat transfer is a different quote. If the request is only foreskin surgery, circumcision is the conversation.

The date is often postponed if an active infection, untreated skin disease or a clotting issue makes injection less safe, or if a previous filler elsewhere has not been discussed. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone injects. Extra syringes, an implant “while we are there”, or a hair-transplant combo in the same week is not assumed.

The planned treatment is a hyaluronic-acid filler injection for girth. The treating clinician should document the product and volume after examination, and the pre-injection assessment and local anaesthetic plan should be confirmed in writing. This is outpatient care; it is not a penile implant or lengthening operation.

A penile implant, fat transfer, ligament-release surgery, circumcision, dissolving of previous filler, additional syringes and a later top-up are separate clinical procedures or supplies unless they are individually assessed and specified. Over-filling to pursue a photograph is not a safe treatment target.

Allow 2–4 total days in Istanbul for in-person assessment, the outpatient sitting and a first clinical check. This is a planning window, not a hospital-night count or fitness-to-fly clearance. The treating clinician should confirm whether review is complete and whether you are fit to travel.

The sitting is outpatient under local anaesthetic as named on the paper — not a general anaesthetic and not a ward night. Discharge is signed the same day when you are comfortable to leave — it is not an advertising clock.

Expect swelling and tenderness for some days. Keep the area clean as shown; skip gym, heat, tight clothing and sexual activity until the note allows it. Desk work is often possible the next day if you are comfortable. Filler is not a permanent girth and not a millimetre guarantee; when it fades, habits and a later sitting — if you want one — are a new paper.

Red flags after you leave — spreading redness, increasing pain, a pale or mottled patch, pus, a temperature that persists, or trouble passing urine — mean a local clinician or A&E first, and follow the provider’s written emergency-contact instructions. Take the product name from your paper with you.

These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.

How were the starting measurements taken, and what can a penile enlargement procedure realistically change?

Stretched flaccid length does not stand in for erect length. Girth is recorded separately. A fixed promise in centimetres does not show the measuring method or the evidence behind it. Source: EAU guidance on penile size.

How can enlargement affect erection angle, orgasm, ejaculation and genital sensation?

Filler or fat is not done to correct erection angle or orgasm. Nodules and an uneven contour can interfere with sexual contact. A fixed gain in sensation or function should not be written as a promise.

If bleeding, infection or a filler problem appears after I go home, who follows it and which cost is whose?

Paleness, bruising, severe pain or a wound that opens after filler or fat injection needs review without delay. The NHS asks people treated abroad to get the cost of further treatment and a return journey in writing beforehand. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This page does not say that any partner pays to remove filler or fat. Sources: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.

Can penile HA filler be dissolved if I do not like the result?

Hyaluronidase may be considered by a qualified clinician when the product is confirmed to be hyaluronic acid, but it is not a guaranteed way to return the penis to its previous appearance. The amount and placement of filler, the reason for the concern, and whether inflammation or infection is present all affect the assessment. Published penile-specific guidance describes hyaluronidase as one possible part of managing confirmed HA-related problems, alongside other approaches where needed. Ask who would assess and manage the issue, and what follow-up is available. Do not try to dissolve or manipulate filler yourself. A new or worsening problem needs prompt clinical review. A review of penile enhancement complications discusses these treatment limits.

What should I do if I develop a lump or nodule after penile filler?

A new lump after penile filler should be assessed by a clinician familiar with the procedure; its cause cannot be diagnosed from a description or photograph alone. Penile-specific reports describe subcutaneous nodules as one possible complication, and swelling, infection or filler distribution can also affect the appearance. Do not squeeze, massage or inject the area unless the treating clinician has advised you to do so. Seek prompt local medical care for increasing pain, spreading redness, fever, discharge, pale or mottled skin, marked swelling or difficulty passing urine, and contact the treating provider about follow-up. Management depends on examination and the identified cause. A penile HA follow-up study reports nodules and infection among possible complications.

Can penile HA filler migrate or look uneven after swelling goes down?

It can look uneven while swelling is changing, and migration has also been reported after penile HA filler. There is no universal day when an early difference becomes the final result: product, placement, anatomy and healing all matter, and penile-specific evidence is limited. The article’s recovery table is a planning guide, not a deadline for judging the outcome. A persistent or marked difference should be reviewed by the treating clinician, who can assess whether it reflects settling, filler distribution or another problem. Seek prompt care for pain that is worsening, redness, fever, discharge, pale or mottled skin, or difficulty passing urine. A review of penile enhancement complications describes migration among reported HA-related issues.

How many millilitres of penile filler will I need?

There is no standard millilitre amount that can be recommended for everyone. The volume discussed should depend on the person’s anatomy, the stated goal, the product and the clinician’s assessment; a larger amount is not automatically a better or more suitable result. Ask the treating provider to state the product and planned volume in writing and explain the expected limits, follow-up and what would prompt a staged approach. Published evidence and techniques are not fully standardised, so a headline amount should not be treated as a personalised recommendation or outcome promise. EAU guidance describes the evidence limits for penile girth enhancement.

Can I have more penile filler later?

A later session may be discussed, but whether and when it is appropriate depends on the result, how the filler has settled, your anatomy and a fresh clinical assessment. Available penile HA evidence does not establish one repeat-session schedule that suits everyone. More filler should not be treated as an automatic top-up or as a way to correct every irregularity. Ask whether a further session is clinically appropriate, what product and volume would be considered, and whether its cost and follow-up are separate from the first quotation. EAU guidance describes the evidence limits and need for individual counselling.

Does having a foreskin or being circumcised change the assessment for penile filler?

It can be relevant to the assessment, but circumcision status alone does not determine whether filler is suitable. Tell the clinician about foreskin tightness, skin conditions, prior penile procedures and any previous filler. A penile-specific follow-up study reported that redundant preputial tissue may be associated with oedema or gel migration, although this evidence does not establish a rule for every patient. The clinician should examine the area and explain how the skin and planned injection approach affect the proposed plan. Active inflammation, infection or another skin problem needs individual review before any procedure is considered. The penile HA study reports the limited prepuce finding.
