As of September 2026, the cost of Labiaplasty All-Inclusive Package in Turkey is 2,300 – 3,700 EUR for the labiaplasty scope shown on this page. Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for labiaplasty plans from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What a labiaplasty package is
Labiaplasty reduces redundant tissue of the labia minora — and the labia majora only if that paper names it — so clothing and activity sit more comfortably. The cut and the stitch pattern belong on the written plan after examination. It is not a vaginoplasty, not hymenoplasty, not a mommy-makeover abdomen-and-breast sitting, and not a millimetre sold from a photograph. How much tissue is taken is a clinical limit in the room, not an advert.
The treating healthcare provider should identify the clinician responsible for the procedure and confirm the method, product or device after assessment in writing.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider adult women bothered by excess labial tissue after puberty, childbirth or simply as it is — who want a modest reduction, whose skin is healthy enough to heal, and who can pause sport and sexual activity until the wound is signed off. If the honest conversation is a full pelvic floor or vaginal canal sitting, vaginoplasty is a different quote. If the request is a combined tummy-and-breast mommy makeover, that combo page is the conversation. Active infection, untreated skin disease or a clotting issue often postpones the date.
Send a brief of medicines and any recent gynaecology letter. Photographs are discussed in clinic, not as a social-media grid. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone cuts. Extra procedures “while we are there”, a hood sitting not named, or a second side beyond the plan is not assumed.
Procedure and clinical scope
The planned procedure is labiaplasty, with the technique and tissue to be treated documented after examination. The pre-operative assessment and tests, treatment setting and anaesthetic approach should be confirmed by the provider. Local anaesthetic is used when specified; sedation is included only if stated in the clinical plan. This is generally outpatient care, with discharge determined by the treating team.
Clinical exclusions and limits
Vaginoplasty, hymenoplasty, a mommy-makeover procedure, clitoral-hood surgery, revision or a second operation is not included unless individually assessed and specified. The amount of tissue removed must be guided by anatomy; taking more than can safely be spared is not an appropriate treatment target.
Clinic time, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Allow 2–4 total days in Istanbul for assessment, the procedure and a first clinical check. This is a planning window, not a hospital-night count or fitness-to-fly clearance. The treating clinician should confirm whether review is complete and whether you are fit to travel.
The sitting is in clinic under local anaesthetic as named on the paper — not a general anaesthetic and not a ward night unless that paper keeps you in. Discharge is signed when you are comfortable to leave — it is not an advertising clock.
After the sitting
Expect swelling and tenderness for some days. Keep the area clean as shown; skip gym, tight clothing, soaking baths and sexual activity until the note allows it. Desk work is often possible after several days if sitting is comfortable. Stitches dissolve or come out as written. None of that is a cosmetic millimetre guarantee.
Red flags after you leave — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, bleeding that will not stop, or trouble passing urine — mean a local clinician or A&E first, and follow the provider’s written emergency-contact instructions. Take the discharge note with you.
Questions from you
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
How can labiaplasty affect sensation, orgasm and sexual comfort?
ACOG lists a change in sensation and pain with sex among the risks of elective genital cosmetic surgery. The labia and the clitoral hood are separate. Reducing one does not predict the sensation of the other, and a gain in sexual function should not be promised. Source: ACOG on elective female genital cosmetic surgery.
In labiaplasty, which tissue will be changed and why, and how will sensation and function be protected?
ACOG’s January 2020 committee opinion says that altering normal anatomy for appearance alone is not medically indicated, that high-quality evidence of effectiveness is limited, and that the surgery carries risk. The risks include pain, bleeding, infection, scarring, adhesions, a change in sensation, pain with sex, and another operation. The labia minora and the clitoral hood are separate tissues. Hood sag can remain if only the labia are reduced, and taking too much hood can disturb sensation. Under 18, ACOG considers labiaplasty appropriate only for a significant congenital malformation or for persistent symptoms the physician believes are caused by the labial anatomy. If bleeding, infection or a wound separation appears after I go home, who follows it and which cost is whose?
Bleeding that will not stop, fever, severe pain or a wound that opens needs review the same day. The NHS asks people treated abroad to get the cost of further surgery and a return journey in writing beforehand. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This page does not say that any partner pays those costs. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
Is it normal for the labia to look different, and does appearance alone mean I need labiaplasty?
Labia naturally vary in size, shape and visibility, and prominent folds are normal for many people. Appearance alone does not establish a medical need for surgery. If you have pain, irritation or another concern, a clinician can assess possible causes and discuss options; surgery has risks and cannot guarantee a particular result. The NHS labiaplasty guidance explains normal variation and advises careful consideration of risks and suitability.
