Buttock Implants All-Inclusive Package cost in Turkey
For September 2026, the cost of Buttock Implants All-Inclusive Package in Turkey is 3,700 – 6,700 EUR for the buttock-implant scope shown here. The written plan should identify the implant type and placement plan, hospital and anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication and any compression garment. Implant size, fat transfer or additional contouring should only be included if expressly listed.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for buttock implant surgery with a pair of silicone implants from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What a buttock implants package is
Buttock implants — gluteoplasty with a pair of medical silicone prostheses — add volume and projection without moving fat from the waist or back. The pocket is intramuscular or interfascial; that call sits with the surgeon after examination, not with a package name. The scar usually sits in the crease between the buttocks. It is not a Brazilian butt lift, not a fat graft, and not a millimetre copied from a photograph.
The written plan should identify the buttock implant type, size and placement. The operating clinician should be named.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider adults who want more volume in the buttocks and do not have enough donor fat for a safe transfer, or who prefer a silicone volume to grafted fat. Slim figures often sit in this group. Typical maps include a flat or deflated buttock after weight change, when a BBL harvest would be too thin. A later replacement for wear, a shift or a size change is a different paper.
The operation is often postponed if a large weight change is still coming, if the team has asked you to stop smoking, or if a long-term condition makes a long anaesthetic less safe. If there is enough fat and the plan is to transfer it, that is a BBL stay, not this one. Send daylight photographs of the buttocks and flanks — front, sides and back, standing, no filter. Suitability, pocket and size are confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. Flank liposuction in the same sitting is not assumed.
What sits outside this figure
Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, flank liposuction unless named, a Brazilian butt lift, a tummy tuck, a later implant replacement, and treatment of a complication beyond the contract sit outside this figure unless they are written on the paper. Chasing a social-media shape in millimetres is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.
Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Plan seven to ten nights in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the operation, the hospital nights, the first crease check and clearance to fly. Five to seven nights belong to shorter facial stays, not this one. The hospital stay sits inside those nights; it does not replace them. Confirm how many hotel nights are in writing. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.
Theatre time is usually one and a half to three hours under general anaesthetic. A straightforward pair of round implants can be shorter; a more intricate pocket or adding flank liposuction on the same paper can take longer. Discharge is signed by the surgeon — it is not an advertising date.
After the sitting
For the first days you sleep on your front and avoid sitting fully on the implant. The garment stays on for the weeks on your discharge note. Desk work is often delayed until sitting without full pressure is allowed — commonly a few weeks if the surgeon agrees. Gym and impact sport wait longer. Implants are not reabsorbed like grafted fat, but the look at the hotel is not the final contour; swelling settles over months. None of that is a shape guarantee.
Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, sudden one-sided swelling, a wound that opens, calf pain, breathlessness, or pain that is getting worse — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
How will a buttock implant’s size and pocket be chosen, and what happens if it infects or moves?
Size, pocket (inside the muscle or between the fascia layers) and the tissue cover should be chosen in writing. A shift may need repositioning or exchange. Infection may not stay within what antibiotics can treat. Removing the implant is a separate operation, and placing a new one in the same sitting is not guaranteed. This page does not say that any named brand pays for that.
After I go home, who follows a complication and which costs are whose?
The NHS asks people to get in writing, before cosmetic surgery abroad, where reviews will happen, what further surgery and a return journey cost, and what insurance covers. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This inventory does not say that any partner pays those items. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
Can buttock implants be visible or felt under the skin?
They can be. Visibility or palpability is a recognised possible complication of gluteal implants, and the fit between implant size and the person’s tissue coverage matters. Visibility or palpability is a possible risk, not an inevitable outcome. Ask the plastic surgeon to explain the planned size, placement pocket and tissue cover for your anatomy, and what options are available if the implant becomes prominent or shifts. The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery’s patient information lists visibility and palpability among potential risks.
Can buttock implants change sensation?
Changes in skin sensation are a recognised possible complication after gluteal implant surgery. Nearby nerves, including the sciatic nerve, can also be affected or irritated. The available guidance does not predict who will experience a change or how long it may last. Before surgery, ask the plastic surgeon which areas could be affected, what symptoms should prompt contact, and how concerns are assessed during follow-up. The ISAPS patient guidance on gluteal implants lists sensation changes and nearby nerve injury among potential risks.
