If the donor is modest, the hair plan may stay conservative so the bank is not emptied in the same week as a general anaesthetic. A previous nose job, rib grafts, or a very weak tip often needs a revision rhinoplasty quote, not this pair.

Hotel nights are hotel nights after discharge, not a second ward stay. The coordinator stays the same person who wrote back to your first message.

What sits outside the quote

Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, PRP, beard or eyebrow work, a second hair sitting, a revision of a previous nose job, rib or ear grafts, chin surgery, and a later staged operation sit outside this figure unless they are written on the paper. Over-harvesting the donor to chase a packed hairline in the same week as chasing a social-media nose in millimetres is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.

Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul

Plan five to seven days in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the two sittings as sequenced on the paper, the hospital night after the nose, the first hair wash, the nasal splint coming off around day seven, and clearance to fly. Two or three nights belong to a hair-only outpatient stay, not this pair. The hospital night sits inside those days; it does not replace them. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.

The nose is under general anaesthetic. The hair session is under local anaesthetic, with or without sedation, and is usually four to eight hours. The two are not assumed to share one theatre list: the written plan names the order of days. Discharge is signed by the team — it is not an advertising date.

Recovery after you fly home

The first weeks are dual care: scalp rules (no gym sweat, no tight hat, no scratching) and nose rules (splint until it comes off, no glasses that press on the bridge, no sleeping on your front). Sleep as you were shown so grafts are not crushed. Shock loss in weeks two to four is expected on the scalp; transplanted hairs often shed before they grow. New hair is often seen around month three or four; density builds between six and twelve months. The nose you see when the splint comes off is not the final one; nasal shape settles over three to twelve months. Desk work is often one to two weeks if the surgeon agrees. None of that is a density or millimetre guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness on scalp or nose, pus, a temperature that persists, a sudden heavy nose bleed, pain that is getting worse, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
