Mummy makeover and rhinoplasty package — Just Clinic Istanbul

In September 2026, the cost of Mommy Makeover + Rhinoplasty in Turkey is 9,200 – 15,800 EUR for the mommy-makeover and rhinoplasty scope shown here. The written plan should name the breast and abdominal procedures, the nasal surgery, hospital and anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication and garments or splint. Suitability and safe sequencing depend on surgeon assessment.

Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for combined mommy makeover and rhinoplasty procedures from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

This stay adds a primary rhinoplasty to a mommy makeover — in UK speech a mummy makeover — in one coordinated Istanbul trip. The body plan is usually the abdomen and the breasts after pregnancy: a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), with or without muscle repair, plus a breast lift, implants or a reduction as drawn on the paper. Flank liposuction can refine the waist if that line is named. The nose is a primary rhinoplasty as planned after assessment; closed work sits here when the paper still fits, open if the tip needs that view. It is not a diet, not a BBL, not filler, and not a promise that every catalogue photograph is in the fee.

The written plan should identify the body procedures and primary rhinoplasty after assessment. A staged plan should be documented if the surgeon considers one long sitting less safe.

Surgeons usually consider adults whose pregnancies have finished, whose facial growth has finished, whose weight is close to stable, and who will accept a low abdominal scar, a breast scar pattern, and a period in a nasal splint. Breastfeeding has usually stopped. Another pregnancy soon will stretch both the abdomen and the breast again, so the team often asks you to wait. A previous nose job, rib grafts or a very weak tip often needs a revision rhinoplasty quote, not this primary add-on.

High BMI is often asked to wait. A hernia needs surgical input, not a surprise on the table. Smoking is paused if the team asks. Send daylight photographs — abdomen and chest standing, arms relaxed, no padded bra; nose front, both profiles and from below — without a filter. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates.

BBL, labiaplasty, extra zones, a fleur-de-lis or belt lift, revision rhinoplasty, grafts, chin surgery, later contour or scar revision and a staged second operation are separate unless named. The combined plan must remain within safe anaesthetic and wound limits. Stacking so many maps that the anaesthetic or the wounds become unsafe is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.

Plan seven to ten days in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the combined sitting, hospital nights, drain removal when drains are used, the first garment and bra checks, the nasal splint coming off around day seven, and clearance to fly. Four hotel nights is too short for this pairing. We do not sell a weekend. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.

Theatre is under general anaesthetic. A mommy makeover is already a long clinic day; adding a primary rhinoplasty lengthens that sitting further. The expected time sits on the written plan. In week one you walk slightly flexed if the abdomen was repaired. Discharge is signed by the surgeon — it is not an advertising date.

Wear the abdominal garment and the surgical bra as shown. The first week also means a blocked-nose feeling and a splint until it comes off. No gym, no lifting children or heavy bags, no sit-ups, no glasses that press on the bridge, until the team clears those. Sleep how you were shown. Desk work is often two to three weeks if the surgeon agrees. Lifting, core work and underwire wait about six weeks. Abdominal and breast scars mature over twelve to eighteen months; nasal shape settles over three to twelve months. None of that is a shape or millimetre guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, a collection that is getting larger, sudden swelling in a breast, a sudden heavy nose bleed, pain that is getting worse, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.

These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.

Is the main problem extra fat, extra skin or separated abdominal muscles, and which of those will this operation treat?

ASPS notes that when a large amount of fat is removed, extra skin can need a second operation. J-Plasma, also called Renuvion, aims to tighten skin with heat. It should not be written as a replacement for a tummy tuck or an arm or thigh lift when there is a hanging skin apron or a clear separation of the abdominal muscles. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.

Which areas will liposuction include, and what personal limits will stop or stage it?

ASPS says special planning is needed when more than five litres are usually suctioned. That figure is not a safe ceiling for every person. Blood in the aspirate, the fluid given, the lidocaine dose and the length of the anaesthetic can reduce the scope or split the session. The written plan should name the areas included and the finding that would stop the operation. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.

Why combine procedures in one operation, and when should they be staged?

Several operations in one sitting should not become a package name until the time and the clot risk have been written for that person. The blood supply of an abdominal flap can be injured by aggressive waist liposuction at the same time. Walking early is part of clot prevention. A combination that stops that walking should be staged. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.

How are a seroma, a wound opening or skin loss recognised and treated?

ASPS lists fluid collection, poor wound healing and heat injury among liposuction risks. A seroma is a wavy swelling under the incision. A small one may be absorbed. A collection that persists can be aspirated. One that is infected or threatening the skin is drained. A wound that opens, or skin that turns black, is a sign of tension, smoking, infection or a circulation problem. It is not a mark to close at home with a dressing. Drains, compression and the review date should be written down. Fever, a bad smell, an open wound and rapidly growing swelling should be reported without delay. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.

After I go home, who follows a wound problem or a suspected clot, and who pays for extra treatment?

The NHS asks people having cosmetic surgery abroad to settle in advance where reviews happen and what further surgery and a return journey cost. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. The NHS uses 5–7 days after liposuction or breast surgery, and 7–10 days after a tummy tuck, as planning windows before flying. A painful swollen calf with breathlessness or chest pain is an emergency-department symptom. This page does not say that any partner pays those items. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.

If an implant or wound problem appears after I go home, who follows it and which costs are whose?

The NHS says a clinic abroad may not take on the same follow-up duty as a UK operation, and there may be no doctor arranged in your own country. The questions to settle in writing are what happens if there is a complication, where reviews take place, and what a return journey and further surgery would cost. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Whether the clinic’s own insurance covers you is a separate question. The FDA notes that removing or replacing an implant may not be covered by insurance even when there is a complication. A manufacturer’s card or warranty is not a substitute for the surgeon’s fee for wound care, admission or revision. This page does not say that any partner pays those items. The scope has to be separated in writing before surgery. Symptoms that should be reported without delay include growing swelling or bruising, fever, a wound that opens, an implant that becomes visible, and a new lump or fluid on one side. How will my nasal breathing be examined before surgery?

AAO-HNS guidance asks that nasal blockage be assessed on its own when a change in shape is being discussed. A written examination should separate the contribution of the septum, the inferior turbinates, the internal nasal valve and the external nasal valve. “The septum is bent” does not cover those four. Source: AAO-HNS rhinoplasty guideline.

How will the airway be protected or corrected while the shape changes?

Taking the bridge down too far can narrow the internal valve. Weakening the tip cartilages can spoil both the shape and the breathing. A cosmetic reduction and any valve or septal repair belong in the same written plan, so one is not discovered later as a side effect of the other. Source: AAO-HNS rhinoplasty guideline.

If this is a revision, will earlier records be reviewed, and where would a graft come from?

If septal cartilage has not already been used, it is the first source to look at. When the septum is not enough, ear cartilage is used for the tip and rib cartilage for larger structural support. A rib graft leaves an extra wound and pain. Ear cartilage can change the contour of the ear. A second source should not be chosen until the old note, and where any previous graft was placed, is known. Source: AAO-HNS rhinoplasty guideline.

If I bleed, develop an infection or cannot breathe properly after I fly home, who follows that up and who pays?

The NHS asks people having cosmetic surgery abroad to get in writing where a complication would be reviewed, what further surgery and a return journey would cost, and whether the clinic’s insurance covers the patient. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Follow-up after surgery in the UK is the surgeon’s responsibility. A clinic abroad may not offer the same follow-up or a doctor in your own country. The NHS uses 7–10 days after facial surgery as a planning window before flying, because of clot risk. Your own surgeon gives the personal clearance. Bleeding that will not stop, sudden narrowing of the airway, fever and a wound that opens need prompt review. A photograph is not a substitute for examination and endoscopy. This page does not say that any partner pays for revision surgery or the flight. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.

Can rhinoplasty temporarily affect my sense of smell or taste?

Yes. Nasal swelling and crusting can temporarily reduce smell and taste while the inside of the nose heals; NHS hospital aftercare guidance says this often improves over the following weeks. An altered sense of smell is also listed among possible complications, so persistent, worsening or otherwise concerning changes should be discussed with the surgical team rather than assumed to be routine. Follow the nose-care instructions you were given and do not put anything inside the nose unless advised. NHS nasal surgery aftercare and NHS rhinoplasty guidance.

Why can my nose look uneven while swelling is going down?

Swelling does not always settle evenly, so the nose can look temporarily uneven as healing progresses. The shape seen when the splint comes off is not the final contour; refinement takes months and can continue for up to a year. That does not prove that an irregularity is only swelling, so raise a new or persistent concern at follow-up, and contact the surgeon sooner if you have worsening pain, bleeding, fever or breathing difficulty. ASPS rhinoplasty recovery overview.

How long does tip swelling last after rhinoplasty?

There is no single date when tip swelling disappears. Initial swelling often improves over the first weeks, while the finer nasal contour can take many months to emerge and may continue refining for up to a year. Skin thickness and the operation performed can affect the pace, so the early shape should not be treated as the final result. Keep scheduled reviews and ask the surgeon to assess swelling that is worsening, one-sided with increasing pain, or accompanied by fever or breathing problems. ASPS rhinoplasty recovery guidance.

When can I wear glasses after rhinoplasty?

Wait until your surgical team says glasses can rest on the bridge; there is no safe universal date for every operation. Pressure on the nose can matter while the bones and tissues are healing, and the plan may differ depending on what was done. Ask whether you should use cheek or forehead support and for how long. If you have already worn glasses and notice new pain, a change in shape or breathing, contact the team for advice. UC Davis rhinoplasty aftercare.

When is it too early to judge whether I need revision rhinoplasty?

It is often too early to judge the final shape in the first weeks or months because swelling can hide the result and nasal contour may continue to refine for up to a year. A concern about breathing, healing or a sudden change should still be raised promptly; waiting for swelling to settle is not a reason to ignore symptoms. The surgeon who knows what was changed can review the operation and healing before discussing whether revision is appropriate. ASPS rhinoplasty recovery guidance.

How accurate is a 3D rhinoplasty simulation?

A 3D simulation can help you and the surgeon discuss a goal, but it cannot guarantee the nose you will have after surgery. In one small study of 40 patients, reviewers preferred the actual postoperative result to the simulation in most cases, even though the authors considered simulation useful for communication and planning. Real healing, anatomy and surgical judgement affect the result, and a simulation does not show every functional or recovery issue. Ask the surgeon which parts of the image are achievable aims, what may differ, and how breathing will be assessed separately. Three-dimensional imaging study in rhinoplasty.

How long after breastfeeding should I wait before a Mommy Makeover?

There is no single waiting period that fits every Mommy Makeover. After weaning, breast volume and shape may continue changing for months; the surgeon quoted by ASPS prefers to wait at least three months before breast surgery, while the same article notes post-weaning changes can last four to six months. These are individual clinical views, not a universal clearance rule. The breast component should be planned when lactation has stopped and breast shape, weight and overall recovery are sufficiently stable for an individual assessment. ASPS guidance on post-pregnancy surgery explains why timing varies.

What could happen if I become pregnant after a Mommy Makeover?

Pregnancy after a Mommy Makeover is possible, but it can stretch abdominal tissues and change breast volume or shape, so some benefits may be reduced or altered. How much change occurs varies, and an individual result cannot be predicted in advance. If pregnancy is planned, raise the timing with the treating surgeon; after surgery, discuss pregnancy care with your maternity clinician as well. ASPS explains how future pregnancies may affect results.

When can I drive after a Mommy Makeover?

There is no reliable date for every combination of breast, abdominal and liposuction surgery. A tummy tuck may mean no driving for a few weeks, but the full combination and recovery differ. Follow the treating team's clearance and your insurer's rules. Arrange transport until cleared to drive. The NHS tummy-tuck guide says driving may be restricted for a few weeks and that the surgeon and insurer can advise. A combined procedure is not the same as a standalone tummy tuck.

How much help will I need at home during the first week after a Mommy Makeover?

Plan for another adult to help with daily tasks and childcare during early recovery, with support matched to the procedures performed and your discharge plan. Help may be needed with self-care, luggage, bathing, dressing and meals, particularly when standing, reaching or moving is uncomfortable. Ask the treating team how long you should avoid being alone after your specific combination. ASPS recommends early help with childcare, household tasks and daily activities.
