What a rhinoplasty and Hollywood Smile package is

This stay pairs a primary rhinoplasty with a Hollywood Smile dental plan in one Istanbul trip. The nose is a bony or cartilaginous change as drawn after assessment — closed when that still fits, open if the tip needs that view. The smile plan is the dental work named on your written Hollywood Smile quote. Tooth number, material and whether veneers or crowns are clinically suitable should be confirmed by the dentist, not assumed from a package title. The two sittings are sequenced on the paper: general anaesthetic for the nose, local anaesthetic for the dental stages when required. It is not filler in the bridge, not bleaching alone, and not a millimetre-perfect profile plus a celebrity shade from a photograph.

The written plan should identify the primary rhinoplasty and the dental stages, materials and teeth included. The surgeon and dental clinician responsible for each part should be named.

Who this package is for

Surgeons and dentists usually consider adults whose facial growth has finished, who want a change to a primary nose, whose visible teeth are sound enough for the planned dental work, and who accept that a long theatre day and chair sittings are not squeezed into one lunch hour. A previous nose job, rib grafts or a very weak tip often needs a revision rhinoplasty quote, not this primary add-on. If a tooth is heavily filled or already crowned, that unit may need a crown, not another restoration. Untreated gum disease or a grind that has not been discussed often pauses the smile map.

The date is often postponed if the team has asked you to stop smoking, if a long-term condition makes a general anaesthetic less safe, or if a root canal is still needed on a tooth in the dental plan. Send daylight photographs — nose front, both profiles and from below; smile at rest and while speaking — without a filter. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates or prepares a tooth. Extra teeth, materials or dental stages, open work that was never named, or chin surgery are not assumed.

What sits outside the quote

Ear grafts, a different restoration type, extra dental stages or a later staged operation are separate unless named. Chasing a social-media profile in millimetres in the same week as filing healthy teeth down to a catalogue shade is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.

Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul

Plan seven to ten days in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the two sittings as sequenced on the paper, the hospital night after the nose, dental preparation, try-in and bonding, the nasal splint coming off around day seven, and clearance to fly. Five to seven days belong to a nose-only stay; smile-only stays can be shorter. This pair needs both the splint check and the bonding in the same trip. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.

The nose is under general anaesthetic. The dental stages are usually under local anaesthetic in the dental chair. They are not assumed to share one list: a swollen nose, mouth breathing and a splint make a same-afternoon try-in a poor idea. The written plan names the order of days — often the smile chair first, then the nose, or the reverse if the team prefers to wait until swelling drops. Glasses that press on the bridge wait until the surgeon clears them. Discharge is signed by the surgeon and the dentist — it is not an advertising date.

Recovery after you fly home

The first weeks are dual care: nose rules (splint until it comes off, head raised, no gym, no blowing the nose hard, no glasses on the bridge) and dental rules (soft diet as shown, no very hard nuts, careful cleaning around the margins). Sleep as you were shown so the new bridge is not crushed. The profile you see when the splint comes off is not the final nose; shape settles over three to twelve months. Final shade can look brighter under clinic lights than at home. Desk work is often one to two weeks if both sites are settling. None of that is a millimetre or celebrity-smile guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness on the nose or gums, pus, a temperature that persists, a sudden heavy nose bleed, a restoration that chips or comes off, pain that is getting worse, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician, dentist or A&E first, then your coordinator. How the rhinoplasty and Hollywood Smile package price is calculated

This combined package now follows the same logic as the price pages. The local guide range is primary rhinoplasty 2,800–5,800 EUR plus Hollywood Smile 3,200–3,500 EUR, then 500 EUR is added for the named package support scope. That gives a package guide of 6,500–9,800 EUR.

The dental part must be read as the Hollywood Smile plan confirmed in writing, not an unlimited number of teeth or a promise of one material for every patient. Revision rhinoplasty, rib grafts, root-canal treatment, All-on implants, extra teeth, extra nights or a different dental material can change the written quote.

How will my nasal breathing be examined before surgery?

AAO-HNS guidance asks that nasal blockage be assessed on its own when a change in shape is being discussed. A written examination should separate the contribution of the septum, the inferior turbinates, the internal nasal valve and the external nasal valve. “The septum is bent” does not cover those four. How will the airway be protected or corrected while the shape changes?

Taking the bridge down too far can narrow the internal valve. Weakening the tip cartilages can spoil both the shape and the breathing. If this is a revision, will earlier records be reviewed, and where would a graft come from?

If septal cartilage has not already been used, it is the first source to look at. When the septum is not enough, ear cartilage is used for the tip and rib cartilage for larger structural support. A rib graft leaves an extra wound and pain. Ear cartilage can change the contour of the ear. If I bleed, develop an infection or cannot breathe properly after I fly home, who follows that up and who pays?

The NHS asks people having cosmetic surgery abroad to get in writing where a complication would be reviewed, what further surgery and a return journey would cost, and whether the clinic’s insurance covers the patient. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Follow-up after surgery in the UK is the surgeon’s responsibility. A clinic abroad may not offer the same follow-up or a doctor in your own country. The NHS uses 7–10 days after facial surgery as a planning window before flying, because of clot risk. Your own surgeon gives the personal clearance. Bleeding that will not stop, sudden narrowing of the airway, fever and a wound that opens need prompt review. How will decay and gum health be assessed before veneers or crowns?

Active periodontal disease means pocket depth, bleeding and bone support are recorded before veneer or crown preparation starts. Preparation of a tooth whose gum is still inflamed should not be treated as a routine step in the written plan.

How will new veneers or crowns affect my bite?

Contact with the opposing teeth should be checked before a veneer, crown or bridge is cemented. If you clench or grind, a night guard should be written separately from the first fee.

If a veneer or crown breaks, or infection appears after I go home, who follows that and who pays?

The NHS asks people treated abroad to get the cost of further treatment and a return journey in writing beforehand. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Can rhinoplasty temporarily affect my sense of smell or taste?

Yes. Nasal swelling and crusting can temporarily reduce smell and taste while the inside of the nose heals; NHS hospital aftercare guidance says this often improves over the following weeks. An altered sense of smell is also listed among possible complications, so persistent, worsening or otherwise concerning changes should be discussed with the surgical team rather than assumed to be routine. Why can my nose look uneven while swelling is going down?

Swelling does not always settle evenly, so the nose can look temporarily uneven as healing progresses. The shape seen when the splint comes off is not the final contour; refinement takes months and can continue for up to a year. That does not prove that an irregularity is only swelling, so raise a new or persistent concern at follow-up, and contact the surgeon sooner if you have worsening pain, bleeding, fever or breathing difficulty. How long does tip swelling last after rhinoplasty?

There is no single date when tip swelling disappears. Initial swelling often improves over the first weeks, while the finer nasal contour can take many months to emerge and may continue refining for up to a year. Skin thickness and the operation performed can affect the pace, so the early shape should not be treated as the final result. When can I wear glasses after rhinoplasty?

Wait until your surgical team says glasses can rest on the bridge; there is no safe universal date for every operation. Pressure on the nose can matter while the bones and tissues are healing, and the plan may differ depending on what was done. Ask whether you should use cheek or forehead support and for how long. When is it too early to judge whether I need revision rhinoplasty?

It is often too early to judge the final shape in the first weeks or months because swelling can hide the result and nasal contour may continue to refine for up to a year. A concern about breathing, healing or a sudden change should still be raised promptly; waiting for swelling to settle is not a reason to ignore symptoms. How accurate is a 3D rhinoplasty simulation?

A 3D simulation can help you and the surgeon discuss a goal, but it cannot guarantee the nose you will have after surgery. In one small study of 40 patients, reviewers preferred the actual postoperative result to the simulation in most cases, even though the authors considered simulation useful for communication and planning. Real healing, anatomy and surgical judgement affect the result, and a simulation does not show every functional or recovery issue.
