Otoplasty + Rhinoplasty cost in Turkey
In September 2026, the cost of Otoplasty + Rhinoplasty in Turkey is 5,200 – 9,300 EUR for the combined otoplasty and rhinoplasty scope shown here. The written plan should confirm the ear and nasal procedures, hospital and anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication and any dressing or splint. Suitability and safe sequencing must be assessed by the surgeons.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for otoplasty and primary rhinoplasty from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What an otoplasty and rhinoplasty package is
This stay combines otoplasty — pinnaplasty that sets a prominent ear closer to the head by reshaping cartilage, usually through a cut behind the ear — with a primary rhinoplasty that changes the shape of the nose. Sutures may fold the antihelix, set the concha back, or both, as drawn on the day. The nose is closed when the paper still fits, open if the tip needs that view. It is not a facelift, not filler in either site, not an earlobe repair after heavy earrings unless that paper names it, and not a millimetre-perfect profile plus a matched pair of ears from a photograph.
The written plan should identify the otoplasty and primary rhinoplasty after assessment, with suitability and sequencing confirmed by the treating team.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider adults whose ears stand out from the head, who also want a change to a primary nose, whose facial growth has finished, who will wear a headband as shown, and who are well enough for a combined general anaesthetic. One ear or both can sit on the same plan. Soft cartilage that still folds easily is a different map from a stiff adult ear that needs more scoring. A previous nose job, rib grafts, or a very weak tip often needs a revision rhinoplasty quote, not this pair. An ear that has already been operated on is a revision, not this first sitting unless named.
The date is often postponed if an infection is active, if the team has asked you to stop smoking, or if a long-term condition makes a combined general anaesthetic less safe. Send daylight photographs — ears front, both profiles and from behind with hair tucked, plus nose front, both profiles and from below — without a filter. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. A facelift or chin sitting in the same anaesthetic is not assumed.
What sits outside the quote
Ear grafts or a second ear procedure are separate unless named. Folding the ear so far that the rim kinks, or chasing a social-media nose in millimetres, is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.
Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Plan five to seven days in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the combined sitting, the hospital night, the first headband check, the nasal splint coming off around day seven, and clearance to fly. Four hotel nights is too short for a nose-plus-ear stay. Otoplasty alone can sit in four to six nights; this pairing follows the rhinoplasty window so both sites are reviewed before you fly. The hospital night sits inside those days; it does not replace them. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.
Theatre is under general anaesthetic because of the rhinoplasty. Ears plus a primary nose make a longer clinic day than either sitting alone. The expected time sits on the written plan. Discharge is signed by the surgeon — it is not an advertising date.
Recovery after you fly home
Wear the headband as shown, including at night if you were told to, and keep the nasal splint until it comes off. No gym, no contact sport, no earphones that crush the fold, no glasses that press on the bridge, no sleeping on the operated ear or on your front at first. Bruising and a blocked-nose feeling are expected; the ears and the nose you see when dressings come off are not the final ones. Desk work is often possible after one to two weeks if the surgeon agrees. Contact sport waits longer. Ear scars fade over months; nasal shape settles over three to twelve months. None of that is a millimetre-match guarantee.
Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, sudden pain on one ear, a fold that looks sharply kinked, a sudden heavy nose bleed, pain that is getting worse, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
How the otoplasty and rhinoplasty package price is calculated
This is a combined package, so it should not use the rhinoplasty price guide alone. The local guide range is calculated from the published price pages: primary rhinoplasty 2,800–5,800 EUR plus otoplasty 1,900–3,000 EUR, then 500 EUR is added for the named package support scope. That gives a package guide of 5,200–9,300 EUR.
The range assumes primary rhinoplasty and standard otoplasty as written in the plan. Revision rhinoplasty, rib cartilage, earlobe repair, facelift, chin surgery, extra hospital time or a different ear plan should be listed separately before the quote is accepted.
Questions from you
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
If vision changes, the eye will not close, the face becomes weak, or a haematoma develops after I go home, what happens and who pays?
The symptoms that need review without delay depend on the operation. After a face, neck, brow or temple lift: rapidly growing swelling on one side, pain, breathlessness or new facial weakness. After eyelid surgery: a lid that will not close, severe pain, an eye being pushed forward, or reduced vision. After facial fat injection: sudden loss of vision. ASPS lists blindness among eyelid-surgery risks, while describing it as very rare. A significant haematoma is treated by evacuation, as described above. Fat in a vessel needs emergency eye assessment. The NHS asks people to settle in writing, before cosmetic surgery abroad, where reviews happen, what further surgery and a return journey cost, and whether the clinic’s insurance covers the patient. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Follow-up after an operation in the UK is the surgeon’s responsibility. A clinic abroad may not offer the same follow-up or a doctor in your own country. The NHS uses 7–10 days after facial cosmetic surgery as a planning window before flying, because of clot risk. Your own surgeon gives the personal clearance. This page does not say that any partner pays for admission, revision or the return flight. How will my nasal breathing be examined before surgery?
AAO-HNS guidance asks that nasal blockage be assessed on its own when a change in shape is being discussed. A written examination should separate the contribution of the septum, the inferior turbinates, the internal nasal valve and the external nasal valve. “The septum is bent” does not cover those four. Source: AAO-HNS rhinoplasty guideline.
How will the airway be protected or corrected while the shape changes?
Taking the bridge down too far can narrow the internal valve. Weakening the tip cartilages can spoil both the shape and the breathing. A cosmetic reduction and any valve or septal repair belong in the same written plan, so one is not discovered later as a side effect of the other. Source: AAO-HNS rhinoplasty guideline.
If this is a revision, will earlier records be reviewed, and where would a graft come from?
If septal cartilage has not already been used, it is the first source to look at. When the septum is not enough, ear cartilage is used for the tip and rib cartilage for larger structural support. A rib graft leaves an extra wound and pain. Ear cartilage can change the contour of the ear. A second source should not be chosen until the old note, and where any previous graft was placed, is known. Source: AAO-HNS rhinoplasty guideline.
If I bleed, develop an infection or cannot breathe properly after I fly home, who follows that up and who pays?
The NHS asks people having cosmetic surgery abroad to get in writing where a complication would be reviewed, what further surgery and a return journey would cost, and whether the clinic’s insurance covers the patient. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Follow-up after surgery in the UK is the surgeon’s responsibility. A clinic abroad may not offer the same follow-up or a doctor in your own country. The NHS uses 7–10 days after facial surgery as a planning window before flying, because of clot risk. Your own surgeon gives the personal clearance. Bleeding that will not stop, sudden narrowing of the airway, fever and a wound that opens need prompt review. A photograph is not a substitute for examination and endoscopy. This page does not say that any partner pays for revision surgery or the flight. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
Can rhinoplasty temporarily affect my sense of smell or taste?
Yes. Nasal swelling and crusting can temporarily reduce smell and taste while the inside of the nose heals; NHS hospital aftercare guidance says this often improves over the following weeks. An altered sense of smell is also listed among possible complications, so persistent, worsening or otherwise concerning changes should be discussed with the surgical team rather than assumed to be routine. Follow the nose-care instructions you were given and do not put anything inside the nose unless advised. NHS nasal surgery aftercare and NHS rhinoplasty guidance.
Why can my nose look uneven while swelling is going down?
Swelling does not always settle evenly, so the nose can look temporarily uneven as healing progresses. The shape seen when the splint comes off is not the final contour; refinement takes months and can continue for up to a year. That does not prove that an irregularity is only swelling, so raise a new or persistent concern at follow-up, and contact the surgeon sooner if you have worsening pain, bleeding, fever or breathing difficulty. ASPS rhinoplasty recovery overview.
How long does tip swelling last after rhinoplasty?
There is no single date when tip swelling disappears. Initial swelling often improves over the first weeks, while the finer nasal contour can take many months to emerge and may continue refining for up to a year. Skin thickness and the operation performed can affect the pace, so the early shape should not be treated as the final result. Keep scheduled reviews and ask the surgeon to assess swelling that is worsening, one-sided with increasing pain, or accompanied by fever or breathing problems. ASPS rhinoplasty recovery guidance.
When can I wear glasses after rhinoplasty?
Wait until your surgical team says glasses can rest on the bridge; there is no safe universal date for every operation. Pressure on the nose can matter while the bones and tissues are healing, and the plan may differ depending on what was done. Ask whether you should use cheek or forehead support and for how long. If you have already worn glasses and notice new pain, a change in shape or breathing, contact the team for advice. UC Davis rhinoplasty aftercare.
When is it too early to judge whether I need revision rhinoplasty?
It is often too early to judge the final shape in the first weeks or months because swelling can hide the result and nasal contour may continue to refine for up to a year. A concern about breathing, healing or a sudden change should still be raised promptly; waiting for swelling to settle is not a reason to ignore symptoms. The surgeon who knows what was changed can review the operation and healing before discussing whether revision is appropriate. ASPS rhinoplasty recovery guidance.
How accurate is a 3D rhinoplasty simulation?
A 3D simulation can help you and the surgeon discuss a goal, but it cannot guarantee the nose you will have after surgery. In one small study of 40 patients, reviewers preferred the actual postoperative result to the simulation in most cases, even though the authors considered simulation useful for communication and planning. Real healing, anatomy and surgical judgement affect the result, and a simulation does not show every functional or recovery issue. Ask the surgeon which parts of the image are achievable aims, what may differ, and how breathing will be assessed separately. Three-dimensional imaging study in rhinoplasty.
Does ear pinning affect hearing?
For the standard ear-pinning operation described here, otoplasty should not change hearing: it reshapes the outer ear and does not alter hearing. Cleveland Clinic patient guidance says otoplasty does not change or improve hearing. If you have a hearing change, recurrent ear infection or another ear problem, raise it before surgery so it can be assessed separately. This page covers cosmetic cartilage reshaping, not hearing treatment. Ask the surgeon to confirm the planned technique and whether any ear condition affects your plan. How we keep our medical content accurate
This content is general information, not personal medical advice or a treatment offer. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised independent healthcare partner. The treating provider makes the individual clinical assessment, provides care and issues the written plan.
The reviewer links identify an external professional profile. Editorial medical review does not replace an individual assessment or create a treating-provider relationship. The authorised healthcare provider named in the written plan remains responsible for clinical decisions, care, follow-up and complication management.
Why is the otoplasty + rhinoplasty package higher than a single rhinoplasty package?
+
It combines two procedures. The guide is calculated from the rhinoplasty price page, the otoplasty price page and the package support allowance, so it should not be compared with a single-procedure package.
Does the package include revision rhinoplasty or earlobe repair?
+
No. It covers the ear and primary nose work named on the written plan. Revision rhinoplasty, grafts, earlobe repair or extra facial surgery need separate itemisation.
