Hair transplant and penis enlargement package — Just Clinic Istanbul

For September 2026, the cost of Hair Transplant + Penis Enlargement in Turkey is 5,000 – 10,000 EUR for the combined hair-transplant and urology scope shown here. The written plan should confirm graft planning, the named urology procedure, clinic or hospital setting, anaesthetic arrangements, checks, medication. The two procedures require separate medical assessment and written confirmation.

Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for scalp hair transplant and penile-thickening treatment from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

This stay pairs two different sittings in one Istanbul trip: follicular units taken from the scalp donor and placed into a thinning hairline, mid-scalp or crown, and a penile-thickening procedure as named on the paper — typically injectable filler, not a prosthesis. Extraction is FUE with a small punch. It is not a ladies hair sitting, not a penile implant, not adult circumcision, and not a centimetre promise sold at a fixed fee. How grafts are mapped, which product or volume is used, and whether length work is even offered belong on the written plan after photographs and the urology review.

The written offer from your treating hospital or clinic should confirm the scope for this combined package: the FUE map and the thickening sitting named after assessment. Who extracts, who implants and who does the urology sitting belongs on the paper, not in a slogan. The two sittings are sequenced on that paper; they are not assumed to share one theatre list.

Teams usually consider adult men with patterned scalp loss and a usable donor, who also want girth as named after a urology review, who are well enough for local anaesthetic on both sittings, and who accept that a long FUE day and a genital sitting are not squeezed into one lunch hour. Active infection, untreated erectile-device needs, a request for a prosthesis, or a donor that will not cover the hair map honestly often splits the plan. If the honest answer is an implant, that is a different quote. If the honest answer is circumcision only, that is another paper.

The date is often postponed if a racing hair loss will outrun one sitting, if blood-thinners cannot be paused as your own clinician agrees, if smoking has not been stopped when asked, or if a urology finding makes filler less safe. Send daylight photographs of the scalp — front, top, sides and the donor at the back. Suitability for both sittings is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. Beard, eyebrow, PRP or a second filler sitting in the same stay is not assumed.

Over-harvesting the donor to chase a packed hairline in the same week as inflating volume until the tissue will not carry it is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell. A millimetre or centimetre target is not sold in this figure.

Plan four nights in the city, sometimes five. That window covers the in-person maps, the two sittings as sequenced on the paper, the first hair wash and a urology check before you fly. Three advertising hotel nights belong to a hair-only outpatient stay and are tight once a second sitting is on the same trip. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.

The hair session is under local anaesthetic, with or without sedation, and is usually four to eight hours. The thickening sitting is typically much shorter and also under local anaesthetic; “no anaesthetic” is not our medical rule. A general anaesthetic and a ward night are not assumed. The written plan names the order of days so a long FUE list does not sit on the same afternoon as a fresh urology dressing. Discharge is signed by the team — it is not an advertising date.

The first weeks are dual care: scalp rules (no gym sweat, no tight hat, no scratching) and the modest aftercare written for the urology sitting (no friction, no sport, sexual activity only when the note says so). Sleep as you were shown so grafts are not crushed. Shock loss in weeks two to four is expected on the scalp; transplanted hairs often shed before they grow. New hair is often seen around month three or four; density builds between six and twelve months. Swelling after thickening settles on its own timetable — the hotel-day look is not the final contour. Desk work is often possible after about a week if both teams agree. None of that is a density or size guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness on the scalp, pus, a temperature that persists, pain that is getting worse, urinary trouble, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.

These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. How much donor hair can safely be taken, and what reserve should remain?

The permanent donor zone is the hair at the back and sides that resists pattern loss. Capacity is not a follicle count per square centimetre on its own. Hair calibre, curl, the contrast between hair and scalp, and how much of that zone may later be exposed all belong in the written plan. Taking more than that zone can thin the donor area and make the small round FUE marks easier to see. A high graft slogan does not measure the reserve that is left. Why is FUE, an implanter pen, or another approach being proposed?

ISHRS treats taking tissue from the donor area and making the recipient sites as separate surgical steps. FUE describes removing grafts one by one from the back or sides. DHI, or a Choi implanter, describes how a prepared graft is placed. It is not a second operation that replaces FUE. The written plan should name the harvest instrument and the placement instrument separately. Source: ISHRS position statement on physician practice.

Who will diagnose, design, harvest, make the sites, place the grafts and follow up?

The ISHRS board statement revised on 13 July 2024 says that diagnosis, planning, donor harvesting, hairline design, recipient-site creation, management of medical problems and aftercare are to be done by a licensed physician trained in hair restoration. In some countries a physician assistant or nurse practitioner may work within the limits of that licence and under that physician’s supervision. ISHRS regards a surgical step performed by an unlicensed person as unethical. Graft placement is not a separate bullet in that list, so the written plan still has to name who places the grafts. Ongoing loss of your own hair does not cancel the transplant, and longer-term medical follow-up should be written down as well. Source: ISHRS position statement on physician practice.

How were the starting measurements taken, and what can a penile enlargement procedure realistically change?

Stretched flaccid length does not stand in for erect length. Girth is recorded separately. A fixed promise in centimetres does not show the measuring method or the evidence behind it. Source: EAU guidance on penile size.

How can enlargement affect erection angle, orgasm, ejaculation and genital sensation?

Filler or fat is not done to correct erection angle or orgasm. Nodules and an uneven contour can interfere with sexual contact. A fixed gain in sensation or function should not be written as a promise.

If bleeding, infection or a filler problem appears after I go home, who follows it and which cost is whose?

Paleness, bruising, severe pain or a wound that opens after filler or fat injection needs review without delay. The NHS asks people treated abroad to get the cost of further treatment and a return journey in writing beforehand. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This page does not say that any partner pays to remove filler or fat. Sources: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.

Can my existing hair shed temporarily after a transplant?

Yes. ISHRS describes temporary “shock loss” (telogen effluvium) in which existing, non-transplanted hairs may shed after a hair transplant; it can make the area look thinner for a time. This is different from the temporary shedding of transplanted hairs that can happen before later growth begins. ISHRS says the native-hair shedding is typically temporary, but this does not predict what will happen in an individual case. Ask the doctor responsible for your care what shedding to expect and when a change should be reviewed. Read the ISHRS FUE guidance for its description of native-hair shedding after surgery.

Can penile HA filler be dissolved if I do not like the result?

Hyaluronidase may be considered by a qualified clinician when the product is confirmed to be hyaluronic acid, but it is not a guaranteed way to return the penis to its previous appearance. The amount and placement of filler, the reason for the concern, and whether inflammation or infection is present all affect the assessment. Published penile-specific guidance describes hyaluronidase as one possible part of managing confirmed HA-related problems, alongside other approaches where needed. Ask who would assess and manage the issue, and what follow-up is available. Do not try to dissolve or manipulate filler yourself. A new or worsening problem needs prompt clinical review. A review of penile enhancement complications discusses these treatment limits.

What should I do if I develop a lump or nodule after penile filler?

A new lump after penile filler should be assessed by a clinician familiar with the procedure; its cause cannot be diagnosed from a description or photograph alone. Penile-specific reports describe subcutaneous nodules as one possible complication, and swelling, infection or filler distribution can also affect the appearance. Do not squeeze, massage or inject the area unless the treating clinician has advised you to do so. Seek prompt local medical care for increasing pain, spreading redness, fever, discharge, pale or mottled skin, marked swelling or difficulty passing urine, and contact the treating provider about follow-up. Management depends on examination and the identified cause. A penile HA follow-up study reports nodules and infection among possible complications.

Can penile HA filler migrate or look uneven after swelling goes down?

It can look uneven while swelling is changing, and migration has also been reported after penile HA filler. There is no universal day when an early difference becomes the final result: product, placement, anatomy and healing all matter, and penile-specific evidence is limited. The article’s recovery table is a planning guide, not a deadline for judging the outcome. A persistent or marked difference should be reviewed by the treating clinician, who can assess whether it reflects settling, filler distribution or another problem. Seek prompt care for pain that is worsening, redness, fever, discharge, pale or mottled skin, or difficulty passing urine. A review of penile enhancement complications describes migration among reported HA-related issues.

How many millilitres of penile filler will I need?

There is no standard millilitre amount that can be recommended for everyone. The volume discussed should depend on the person’s anatomy, the stated goal, the product and the clinician’s assessment; a larger amount is not automatically a better or more suitable result. Ask the treating provider to state the product and planned volume in writing and explain the expected limits, follow-up and what would prompt a staged approach. Published evidence and techniques are not fully standardised, so a headline amount should not be treated as a personalised recommendation or outcome promise. EAU guidance describes the evidence limits for penile girth enhancement.

Can I have more penile filler later?

A later session may be discussed, but whether and when it is appropriate depends on the result, how the filler has settled, your anatomy and a fresh clinical assessment. Available penile HA evidence does not establish one repeat-session schedule that suits everyone. More filler should not be treated as an automatic top-up or as a way to correct every irregularity. Ask whether a further session is clinically appropriate, what product and volume would be considered, and whether its cost and follow-up are separate from the first quotation. EAU guidance describes the evidence limits and need for individual counselling.

Does having a foreskin or being circumcised change the assessment for penile filler?

It can be relevant to the assessment, but circumcision status alone does not determine whether filler is suitable. Tell the clinician about foreskin tightness, skin conditions, prior penile procedures and any previous filler. A penile-specific follow-up study reported that redundant preputial tissue may be associated with oedema or gel migration, although this evidence does not establish a rule for every patient. The clinician should examine the area and explain how the skin and planned injection approach affect the proposed plan. Active inflammation, infection or another skin problem needs individual review before any procedure is considered. The penile HA study reports the limited prepuce finding.

The following is an example of wording in a hair-transplant certificate issued by Estethica. The graft-count placeholder is left blank, as it is in the supplied document:

With your consent and acceptance of the operation, your hair transplant operation was performed with ........ grafts and the operation got completed. As long as you fully fulfill all procedures correctly before and after surgery, you will not experience loss of any graft implanted. We guarantee that the number of grafts implanted are accurate and that the implanted hair will grow in a healthy way.

This quotation reproduces Estethica’s document wording and its statement is conditional on following the procedures before and after surgery. It is the issuer’s wording, not a guarantee by Just Clinic Istanbul or an unnamed clinic. It does not show that this certificate is included with, or applies to, any package discussed on this page. The supplied certificate does not state lifetime cover, a refund or free repeat surgery.
