If the bank is modest, the plan may favour the hairline and keep the brow map light, or stage the arches later. Active alopecia areata on the brow, an infected follicle field, or a request for a cartoon arch when the donor is already sparse will often pause the work. Beard work is not assumed in this package.

Send daylight photographs — front, top, sides, the donor at the back, and both brows at rest with no pencil, tint or filter — so both maps can be sketched. The remote look is a first split of grafts, not a booking. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates.

What the all-inclusive stay covers

The EUR figure on this page is one coordinated stay, not two menus taped together at the desk. Your written quote lists the combined FUE sitting as planned after assessment, the pre-operative examination and blood tests, local anaesthetic for scalp and brows, hotel nights with breakfast for the nights we book around the session and first wash, private transfers between the airport, hotel and clinic, an English-speaking coordinator, the first wash shown in clinic, and a basic aftercare kit with shampoo and lotion.

Hotel nights are hotel nights, not a surgical ward. You usually return to the hotel the same evening. The coordinator stays the same person who wrote back to your first message.

What sits outside the quote

Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, PRP, sedation billed separately, a beard sitting, a second sitting, and brow or scalp zones that were never drawn on the map sit outside this figure unless they are named on the paper. Over-harvesting the donor to chase a photograph of both a packed hairline and two packed arches is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.

Session, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul

Plan two to three nights in the city, with room for a fourth if the first wash or flight timing needs it. If the team splits scalp and brow across two clinic days so the donor or the patient can finish safely, the written plan will add those nights. Seven to ten nights belong to body and face operations, not this pairing.

A hair-only sitting is often four to eight hours under local anaesthetic, with or without sedation. Adding a brow map lengthens the day because each arch is placed slowly; a small hairline plus a limited fill of one tail can still finish in one sitting. This is not a general anaesthetic like a tummy tuck. Discharge is signed by the team — it is not an advertising date.

Recovery after you fly home

The first seven to ten days are dual care: scalp rules (no gym sweat, no tight hat, no scratching) and brow rules (no picking crusts, no rubbing with a towel, no pencil or tint on the grafts). Sleep so the brow is not pressed into the pillow if you were shown that. Shock loss in weeks two to four is expected on both maps; transplanted hairs often shed before they grow. Do not pluck, wax or thread the transplanted brow until the team’s timetable says you may. New hair is often seen around month three or four. Density on the scalp builds between six and twelve months; the brow look matures toward eight to twelve months. Because the donor is scalp hair, you will trim the brow as it grows. None of that is a density guarantee.

Red flags after you return — spreading redness on scalp or brow, pus, a temperature that persists, pain that is getting worse — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
