Beard Transplant All-Inclusive Package cost in Turkey
For September 2026, Beard Transplant All-Inclusive Package costs 3,100 – 5,000 EUR in Turkey for the beard-transplant scope shown here. The written plan should confirm the beard-area assessment, graft planning, first checks, medication or washing instructions where included. The number of grafts and any scalp or additional work should only be accepted when listed in the written offer.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for beard transplant from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What a beard transplant package is
A beard transplant moves your own follicular units from the donor at the back and sides of the scalp onto the face. The hair is still yours. FUE extracts graft by graft with a small punch; the facial map then places those units along the cheeks, jawline, moustache, goatee or sideburns as drawn on the day. Direction and exit angle on the face are not the same as a hairline. The nape density that limits a scalp session also limits how full a beard can be in one sitting.
The written offer from your treating hospital or clinic should confirm the scope for this beard package: the session named on your written plan. A graft can carry one to four hairs. There is no unlimited graft promise at a fixed fee. Who extracts and who implants belongs on the paper, not in a slogan.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider adults with patchy growth, a thin cheek or jawline, a scar that will take grafts, or a congenital sparse beard, plus a usable scalp donor. Active facial skin disease, a donor that is already thin, or a request to empty the nape for a magazine-full beard will often pause or reshape the plan. A scalp hair transplant is not assumed in this package.
Send daylight photographs of the face from the front and both sides, plus the donor at the back, without filters. The remote look is a first estimate of the map. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. Eyebrow work sits outside this sitting unless it is named on the quote.
Over-harvesting the donor to chase a photograph of a dense beard is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.
Session, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Plan two to three nights in the city, with room for a fourth if the first wash or flight timing needs it. That window covers the in-person assessment, the session and clearance to fly after the first wash at 48–72 hours, shown in clinic. Seven to ten nights belong to body and face operations, not this one.
Chair time follows the facial map on the written plan. A patch or moustache is shorter than a full cheek-and-jawline sitting. The session is under local anaesthetic, with or without sedation. This is not a general anaesthetic like a tummy tuck. Discharge is signed by the team — it is not an advertising date.
Recovery after you fly home
The first seven to ten days are facial care: no gym sweat, no scratching, no tight scarf across the grafts. Sleep on your back at first if you were shown that. Do not shave until the team has shown you how and when. Shock loss in weeks two to four is expected; transplanted hairs often shed before they grow. New hair is often seen around month three or four. Density builds between six and twelve months. The look matures toward twelve to eighteen months. None of that is a density guarantee.
Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, pain that is getting worse — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
How other patients went through a beard transplant
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
How much donor hair can safely be taken, and what reserve should remain?
The permanent donor zone is the hair at the back and sides that resists pattern loss. Capacity is not a follicle count per square centimetre on its own. Hair calibre, curl, the contrast between hair and scalp, and how much of that zone may later be exposed all belong in the written plan. Taking more than that zone can thin the donor area and make the small round FUE marks easier to see. A high graft slogan does not measure the reserve that is left. Why is FUE, an implanter pen, or another approach being proposed?
ISHRS treats taking tissue from the donor area and making the recipient sites as separate surgical steps. FUE describes removing grafts one by one from the back or sides. DHI, or a Choi implanter, describes how a prepared graft is placed. It is not a second operation that replaces FUE. The written plan should name the harvest instrument and the placement instrument separately. Source: ISHRS position statement on physician practice.
Who will diagnose, design, harvest, make the sites, place the grafts and follow up?
The ISHRS board statement revised on 13 July 2024 says that diagnosis, planning, donor harvesting, hairline design, recipient-site creation, management of medical problems and aftercare are to be done by a licensed physician trained in hair restoration. In some countries a physician assistant or nurse practitioner may work within the limits of that licence and under that physician’s supervision. ISHRS regards a surgical step performed by an unlicensed person as unethical. Graft placement is not a separate bullet in that list, so the written plan still has to name who places the grafts. Ongoing loss of your own hair does not cancel the transplant, and longer-term medical follow-up should be written down as well. Source: ISHRS position statement on physician practice.
Could scalp donor hair look different from my beard hair?
It can. Scalp hair may differ from beard hair in colour, curl or calibre, and a mismatch can affect how natural the blend looks. Ask whether the proposed donor hair is a close match and how any difference will be handled in the design. ISHRS beard-transplant guidance.
Example wording from Estethica’s “Warranty Certificate”
The following is an example of wording in a hair-transplant certificate issued by Estethica. The graft-count placeholder is left blank, as it is in the supplied document:
With your consent and acceptance of the operation, your hair transplant operation was performed with ........ grafts and the operation got completed. As long as you fully fulfill all procedures correctly before and after surgery, you will not experience loss of any graft implanted. We guarantee that the number of grafts implanted are accurate and that the implanted hair will grow in a healthy way.
This quotation reproduces Estethica’s document wording and its statement is conditional on following the procedures before and after surgery. It is the issuer’s wording, not a guarantee by Just Clinic Istanbul or an unnamed clinic. It does not show that this certificate is included with, or applies to, any package discussed on this page. The supplied certificate does not state lifetime cover, a refund or free repeat surgery.
