What sits outside the quote

Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, arm liposuction if it was never named, a thigh lift, a tummy tuck, an extended incision that was not on the paper, and a later scar revision sit outside this figure unless they are written there.
