Lipo 360, BBL and tummy tuck cost in Turkey
As of September 2026, the guide price for Lipo 360 with BBL and a full tummy tuck in Turkey on this page is 6,000–8,500 EUR per combined procedure. This is a minimum–maximum range of comparable monthly hospital quotes for the stated three-part plan. It is not a price per zone, a price per litre, a statistical country average, a guaranteed package or a binding Just Clinic offer. The final scope and inclusions follow your medical assessment and written quote.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for combined 360 liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and full tummy tuck procedures from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.
The quote can be affected by the number and size of liposuction zones, available donor fat, the amount of skin to be removed, muscle repair, previous scars or surgery, fat-processing and safety equipment, anaesthesia, theatre and hospital arrangements, agreed tests, garments, medication, hotel nights, transfers and follow-up. Breast surgery, buttock implants, J-Plasma, additional donor areas and revision work are outside this guide and should not be assumed from the headline price. Do not add the prices of three separate operations to create a package figure; this band is a separate range of comparable monthly hospital quotes for the stated combination.

What is Lipo 360 with BBL and a tummy tuck?
Lipo 360 with a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and tummy tuck is a combined body-contouring plan with three distinct parts. Lipo 360 removes selected fat around the abdomen, waist or flanks and lower back. The surgeon processes suitable harvested fat and transfers it to the buttocks in an autologous BBL. A full tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, removes excess abdominal skin and may repair weakened or separated abdominal muscles.
The procedures address different concerns: liposuction shapes fat distribution, a BBL adds volume using your own fat, and a tummy tuck treats loose abdominal skin and the abdominal wall. This is major combined surgery, not a weight-loss treatment and not the same as a buttock lift using skin removal or implants. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised independent healthcare partner; the named treating provider on the written plan is responsible for medical assessment and the operation. For the two-part alternative, see our Lipo 360 with BBL Turkey cost guide; for standalone abdominal skin surgery, see tummy tuck Turkey price.
Who might consider this combination?
Surgeons may consider a combined plan for adults who are in good general health, close to a stable weight, have enough suitable donor fat and have both abdominal skin laxity and contour goals in the donor areas or buttocks. Some patients explore this after pregnancy or major weight change, but timing matters: the surgeon needs to assess skin quality, muscle separation, abdominal scars, fat distribution and the safety of doing the procedures together.
A realistic goal is a smoother abdomen, a more defined waist and a measured change in buttock shape. It is not a guarantee of a particular waist-to-hip ratio, clothing size, volume or photograph. The plan may be reduced, staged, postponed or declined if you are still losing significant weight, have limited donor fat, are pregnant or planning pregnancy, smoke against medical advice, or have a condition that makes a long anaesthetic, extensive liposuction or wound healing less safe.
How the three procedures differ
Lipo 360: a circumferential liposuction plan that may include the abdomen, waist or flanks and lower back. The exact zones must be written down; “360” does not automatically include arms, thighs or every area around the body.
BBL: suitable fat is collected from donor areas, prepared and injected into the buttocks to alter shape or add volume. It does not remove loose buttock skin, and not all transferred fat is expected to survive long term.
Full tummy tuck: excess abdominal skin is removed and the abdominal wall may be tightened. The incision and possible belly-button work are different from a mini tummy tuck, and the recovery is more substantial.
The surgeon must decide whether combining the procedures is appropriate or whether staging them would reduce risk. A BBL has its own safety requirements: ask who performs the fat transfer, whether the fat is injected only in the subcutaneous plane above the gluteal muscle, and whether real-time ultrasound is used to confirm the cannula position. A safety-conscious plan should never describe BBL as risk-free.
Operation time, anaesthetic and hospital stay
A full tummy tuck alone can take several hours, and adding circumferential liposuction and fat transfer makes the operation more complex. There is no safe universal duration to promise for this combination. The operating time depends on the number and size of donor zones, the amount of skin and muscle work, fat processing, the transfer plan, previous surgery and the surgeon’s decision about whether to combine or stage the procedures.
These procedures are commonly performed under general anaesthesia, with the anaesthetist reviewing your medical history and confirming the safest approach. A combined plan normally requires hospital observation rather than an assumption that you can leave immediately. The number of nights, monitoring, drains, medication and discharge criteria should be stated in the written quote. Extra monitoring or staged surgery is a clinical decision, not a standard package extra.
Planning your stay in Istanbul
Build the trip around a consultation, pre-operative assessment, surgery, hospital observation, wound checks and follow-up. The treating surgeon decides when you are fit to travel. UK NHS guidance advises avoiding flights for 7–10 days after a tummy tuck because major surgery and air travel can increase blood-clot risk; a combined Lipo 360 and BBL plan may require a longer or more individual interval. Keep return flights flexible and do not use a short holiday itinerary as medical clearance.
The journey home also needs a sitting plan. A BBL usually requires avoiding prolonged direct pressure on the grafted buttocks, while a tummy tuck can make standing upright, bending and lifting uncomfortable. Arrange assistance with luggage and transfers, ask whether a cushion is recommended, and confirm the follow-up route before booking. Flights are separate unless expressly included in the written quote.
Preparing for combined body-contouring surgery
Provide your medical history, previous abdominal surgery, medicines, supplements, allergies, smoking status and any planned weight change before booking travel.
Send clear front, side and back photographs if requested, while understanding that photographs do not replace examination, surgical planning or anaesthetic assessment.
Discuss blood-clot risk, previous scars, abdominal muscle separation, donor-fat availability and whether staging the procedures would be safer.
Follow the surgeon’s instructions about smoking, alcohol, fasting, medicines and supplements. Do not stop a prescribed blood thinner or anti-inflammatory without clinical advice.
Arrange an adult to help with bathing, dressing, children, bending, standing and luggage. Plan how you will avoid prolonged pressure on the buttocks during travel.
Confirm the wound-care, compression garment, sitting, sleep, medication, emergency contact and follow-up instructions before you fly.
Tell your travel insurer about planned medical treatment abroad and understand what its policy excludes.
Recovery, sitting and long-term follow-up
Recovery reflects all three operations. Expect soreness, bruising, swelling, tightness, temporary numbness and reduced mobility in the abdomen, donor zones and buttocks. The tummy-tuck incision needs careful wound support, while the liposuction areas may leak fluid briefly and the BBL grafts need protection from pressure. A compression garment, drains and prescribed medication are used only as directed by the clinical team.
After fat grafting, ASPS patient guidance advises avoiding prolonged sitting for about two weeks, with some surgeons recommending longer, and using a cushion behind the legs when sitting is necessary. Sleep is often on the side or front until cleared. Because this plan also includes a full tummy tuck, bending, standing upright, lifting and childcare can be more difficult than after a standalone BBL. Do not set a return-to-work or driving date without surgeon approval.
Tummy-tuck recovery guidance commonly describes several weeks away from work and exercise, while BBL guidance places exercise around six to eight weeks for many patients. A three-part operation may require longer, particularly after extensive liposuction or if wound healing is slow. Swelling and the transferred-fat contour continue to change for several months; some grafted fat is naturally reabsorbed, so an exact final volume cannot be guaranteed.
Attend every planned review and agree how the surgical team will support you after returning home. Seek urgent medical advice for shortness of breath, chest pain, unusual heartbeats, calf pain, worsening abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, fever, increasing redness or another unexpected symptom. No clinic can guarantee an exact shape, a complication-free recovery or that combining three operations is right for every patient. A proper assessment, a licensed facility, a named surgeon, safe fat-grafting technique and a clear aftercare route matter as much as the advertised Turkey cost.
Questions from you
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
In a BBL, which tissue plane receives the fat, and how is the cannula tip watched during injection?
The joint safety statement of 18 August 2022 from ASPS, the Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation and related bodies supports placing fat only in the subcutaneous tissue above the gluteal fascia, and watching the cannula tip with ultrasound in real time while the fat is injected. Florida’s decision to require those two rules is described there as a patient-safety measure. A machine being in the building does not mean it is used for every injection. Injection into or under the muscle has been linked to fat embolism and death. Source: ASPS joint BBL safety statement.
Why would liposuction, a BBL and a tummy tuck be done in one operation, and when should they be staged?
Doing liposuction, fat injection and a tummy tuck in one sitting lengthens the anaesthetic and increases blood and fluid loss and clot risk. Aggressive fat removal from the same area can injure the blood supply of a tummy-tuck flap. The written plan should say why the combination is considered safe in one operation, or which part is being left for later. A promise of one session for everyone is not an individual decision. Sources: ASPS liposuction safety, NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
How will clot and pulmonary embolism risk be assessed and managed?
ASPS lists deep-vein thrombosis and heart and lung complications among liposuction risks. The BBL statement treats fat embolism as a separate and more serious risk. It is not prevented by a clot-preventing drug. The injection plane and ultrasound are what that statement relies on to reduce it. For clots, the written plan should cover your own risk, walking early, stockings or a compression device, and a clot-preventing medicine only if the surgeon decides it is indicated. The NHS asks people to call 999 or go to emergency care for breathlessness or chest pain with a painful swollen calf. Flying adds to this risk. Sources: ASPS liposuction safety, NHS weight-loss surgery complications.
What is the emergency route in the first days if a serious complication is suspected?
The ASPS joint statement asks the operating surgeon to manage complications personally, or to take a direct part in that care, for patients who have travelled. Breathlessness, chest pain, fainting, rapidly growing swelling on one side, and a painful swollen calf are emergency-department symptoms. Suspected fat embolism is considered separately from a blood clot. A route that says “write during office hours” does not cover the first 24 hours.
After I go home, who follows a complication and which costs are whose?
The NHS asks people to get in writing, before cosmetic surgery abroad, where reviews will happen, what further surgery and a return journey cost, and what insurance covers. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. This inventory does not say that any partner pays those items. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
What could a hard lump after Lipo 360, BBL and tummy tuck mean?
A firm or swollen area after this combined operation can have several explanations, including healing-related swelling, a fluid collection or a contour change. Because the operation includes fat transfer and abdominal skin surgery, a lump cannot be labelled as fibrosis or fat necrosis from appearance alone. Contact the treating team for assessment if it is growing, painful, red or warm, or accompanied by fever or rapidly increasing swelling. Breathlessness or chest pain needs urgent medical care. ASPS tummy-tuck recovery guidance describes fluid and swelling concerns; a systematic review indexed in PubMed reports seroma and contour irregularity after gluteal fat grafting.
How much does Lipo 360 with BBL and a tummy tuck cost in Turkey in 2026?
+
The guide range on this page is 6,000–8,500 EUR per combined procedure as of September 2026. It covers the stated full tummy tuck, 360 liposuction and autologous BBL plan; the written quote confirms the final scope and inclusions.
What does a Lipo 360 BBL tummy tuck package include?
+
The written plan may list the exact donor zones, tummy-tuck work, fat transfer, surgeon, anaesthesia, hospital observation, garments, medication, transfers, hotel nights and follow-up. Flights, extra nights, breast surgery, implants, J-Plasma and revisions are not included unless expressly itemised.
Is it safe to combine a tummy tuck, Lipo 360 and BBL?
+
Combining procedures increases the scope and recovery burden and is not suitable for everyone. The surgeon must assess your health, operating time, blood-clot risk, donor fat, skin and muscle condition, and may recommend reducing or staging the plan.
What is the BBL part of this combination?
+
A BBL uses suitable fat harvested by liposuction, processes it and transfers it to the buttocks. It is not a buttock implant or skin-removal lift, and the amount of fat that remains and the final shape cannot be guaranteed.
How long should I stay in Turkey after this combined surgery?
+
The surgeon sets the stay after considering the operation, observation and wound checks. UK NHS guidance advises avoiding flights for 7–10 days after a tummy tuck; a combined plan may require longer, so keep return flights flexible.
How long must I avoid sitting after the BBL?
+
Many surgeons advise avoiding prolonged direct sitting for about two weeks, and some recommend longer. When sitting is necessary, a cushion behind the legs can reduce pressure on the grafts; follow your own surgeon’s instructions.
How long is recovery after Lipo 360, BBL and tummy tuck?
+
Recovery is longer and more demanding than after any one of these procedures alone. Plan for several weeks of restricted activity, no prolonged sitting early on and exercise only after clearance; swelling and contour changes can continue for months.
Are flights included in a Lipo 360 BBL tummy tuck Turkey price?
+
Flights are usually separate unless the written quote expressly includes them. Travel insurance, companion costs, extra nights and care after returning home should also be checked line by line before booking.
