360 Lipo + Blepharoplasty cost in Turkey
As of September 2026, the cost of 360 Lipo + Blepharoplasty in Turkey is 6,500 – 10,200 EUR for the 360-liposuction and blepharoplasty scope shown here. The written plan should confirm the body areas, eyelid area and approach, hospital and anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication and garments or aftercare. Additional facial or body procedures should only be included if written.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for combined 360 liposuction and blepharoplasty procedures from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What a 360 lipo and blepharoplasty package is
This stay combines lipo 360 — circumferential suction around the abdomen, flanks and lower back as one belt — with blepharoplasty: extra skin on the upper lid, bags under the eye, or both as named. Tumescent fluid and a cannula take localised fat that diet has not shifted from that trunk field. An upper lid is not the same job as the lowers, and four lids are not a facelift or a fox-eye plan. It is contour work plus eyelid surgery, not a diet, not a tummy tuck, not high-definition sixpack etching, and not a new eye shape plus a clothing-size promise.
The written plan should identify the 360 treatment map and eyelid procedure after assessment, with suitability and sequencing confirmed by the treating team.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider adults close to a stable weight who still have a belt of stubborn fat around the midsection, whose skin can reasonably retract after suction, and who are also bothered by hooded uppers, lower bags, or both. If the only issue is a one-zone pocket, the one-zone liposuction quote is the right sitting. If the apron hangs or the midline has split, a tummy tuck is the conversation, not more suction on this plan. An untreated eye condition, or blood-thinners that cannot be paused as instructed, will often postpone the lids.
The date is often postponed if a large weight change is still coming, if the team has asked you to stop smoking, or if a long-term condition makes a long combined general anaesthetic less safe. Send daylight photographs of the trunk — front, both sides and the back, standing, no sucking in — and of the eyes looking ahead, no heavy liner. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. Arms, thighs, sixpack etching, a BBL graft or a facelift are not assumed.
What sits outside this figure
Flights to and from Istanbul are extra unless a contract says otherwise. Extra nights you add yourself, a companion’s room, travel insurance, extra liposuction zones, sixpack etching, a tummy tuck, a BBL fat graft, VASER if it was never named, post-liposuction medical massage, a facelift, canthopexy or fox-eye plan, and a later revision sit outside this figure unless they are named on the plan. Over-suction, or stretching four lids to chase a photograph of a full-face lift, is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.
Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Plan seven to ten days in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the combined sitting, the hospital night, the first garment check, lid swelling checks and clearance to fly. A four-night advert rarely leaves the same medical margin for a 360 belt and the eyelids. The hospital night sits inside those days; it does not replace them. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.
Theatre is under general anaesthetic. A 360 belt plus lids lasts several hours; a wide map plus four lids is longer than a modest belt with uppers only. The expected time sits on the written plan. Discharge is signed by the surgeon — it is not an advertising date.
Recovery after you fly home
The first weeks are trunk care and lid care at once: the garment as shown, cold packs and a raised head for the eyes, short walks, no gym, no heat on the treated belt, no rubbing the lids, no contact lenses until the team says so. Swelling and bruising are expected; the contour is not the day-three photograph, and the hotel-day lids are not the final crease. Desk work is often possible after one to two weeks if the surgeon agrees. Sport waits about four to six weeks for the trunk, or longer if the discharge note says so; harder exercise that strains the face often waits two to three weeks for the lids. The 360 look settles over months; lid shape keeps settling for months. None of that is a clothing-size or eye-shape guarantee.
Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, sudden one-sided swelling, sudden vision change, a lid that will not close, pain that is getting worse, or breathlessness — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
Is the main problem extra fat, extra skin or separated abdominal muscles, and which of those will this operation treat?
ASPS notes that when a large amount of fat is removed, extra skin can need a second operation. J-Plasma, also called Renuvion, aims to tighten skin with heat. It should not be written as a replacement for a tummy tuck or an arm or thigh lift when there is a hanging skin apron or a clear separation of the abdominal muscles. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
Which areas will liposuction include, and what personal limits will stop or stage it?
ASPS says special planning is needed when more than five litres are usually suctioned. That figure is not a safe ceiling for every person. Blood in the aspirate, the fluid given, the lidocaine dose and the length of the anaesthetic can reduce the scope or split the session. The written plan should name the areas included and the finding that would stop the operation. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
How are a seroma, a wound opening or skin loss recognised and treated?
ASPS lists fluid collection, poor wound healing and heat injury among liposuction risks. A seroma is a wavy swelling under the incision. A small one may be absorbed. A collection that persists can be aspirated. One that is infected or threatening the skin is drained. A wound that opens, or skin that turns black, is a sign of tension, smoking, infection or a circulation problem. It is not a mark to close at home with a dressing. Drains, compression and the review date should be written down. Fever, a bad smell, an open wound and rapidly growing swelling should be reported without delay. Source: ASPS liposuction safety.
After I go home, who follows a wound problem or a suspected clot, and who pays for extra treatment?
The NHS asks people having cosmetic surgery abroad to settle in advance where reviews happen and what further surgery and a return journey cost. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. The NHS uses 5–7 days after liposuction or breast surgery, and 7–10 days after a tummy tuck, as planning windows before flying. A painful swollen calf with breathlessness or chest pain is an emergency-department symptom. This page does not say that any partner pays those items. Source: NHS advice on cosmetic surgery abroad.
Before eyelid surgery, how will dry eye and full eyelid closure be checked?
AAO EyeWiki asks that, before lower-eyelid surgery, dry-eye symptoms, eye drops, contact lenses, the tear film, blinking, Bell’s phenomenon, lower-lid laxity, any existing failure to close, and how far the eye sits forward of the cheek are recorded. Uncontrolled dry eye is a reason to defer surgery. An ASPS practice parameter notes that a Schirmer test may be needed when there is a dry-eye history. ASPS teaching material says blepharoplasty may be contraindicated when Bell’s phenomenon is absent, dry eye is severe, or the lid does not close. Lower-lid laxity with a failed snap-back test and distraction of more than 6 mm raises ectropion risk, and a canthopexy or canthoplasty may need to be added. Taking too much skin or orbicularis can stop the lid closing and worsen dry eye. ASPS lists incomplete closure, dry eye, ectropion, lid retraction, temporary or lasting vision change, and very rare blindness among eyelid-surgery risks. Sources: AAO EyeWiki lower eyelid blepharoplasty, ASPS blepharoplasty practice parameter, ASPS eyelid surgery safety.
If vision changes, the eye will not close, the face becomes weak, or a haematoma develops after I go home, what happens and who pays?
The symptoms that need review without delay depend on the operation. After a face, neck, brow or temple lift: rapidly growing swelling on one side, pain, breathlessness or new facial weakness. After eyelid surgery: a lid that will not close, severe pain, an eye being pushed forward, or reduced vision. After facial fat injection: sudden loss of vision. ASPS lists blindness among eyelid-surgery risks, while describing it as very rare. A significant haematoma is treated by evacuation, as described above. Fat in a vessel needs emergency eye assessment. The NHS asks people to settle in writing, before cosmetic surgery abroad, where reviews happen, what further surgery and a return journey cost, and whether the clinic’s insurance covers the patient. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Follow-up after an operation in the UK is the surgeon’s responsibility. A clinic abroad may not offer the same follow-up or a doctor in your own country. The NHS uses 7–10 days after facial cosmetic surgery as a planning window before flying, because of clot risk. Your own surgeon gives the personal clearance. This page does not say that any partner pays for admission, revision or the return flight. Can blepharoplasty fix drooping eyelids that affect my vision?
It may help when excess upper-eyelid skin is the cause of obstruction, but a low eyelid margin (ptosis) or a low brow is a different problem and may need a different or additional plan. An eye and eyelid examination helps distinguish these causes and check vision, eyelid function and eye health. Ask the surgeon to explain what is causing the droop and whether the proposed operation treats that specific cause. AAO EyeWiki describes assessment of eyelid skin, brow position and concurrent ptosis.
Will eyelid surgery change the shape of my eyes?
Standard eyelid surgery is planned to address concerns such as excess eyelid skin or lower-lid bags; it should not be presented as a promise to create a particular eye shape. The aim and likely changes depend on which lids are treated and your anatomy, and early swelling can make the appearance misleading. Ask the surgeon to describe the intended change and its limits before agreeing to the plan. The American Academy of Ophthalmology describes blepharoplasty as removing excess eyelid skin to improve appearance and vision.
When can I wear contact lenses after blepharoplasty?
Follow the operating team's instructions on when to resume contact lenses. Recovery advice varies: for example, one NHS ophthalmology leaflet says contact lenses can typically be worn after two to three weeks once swelling has subsided. Your own timing may differ depending on healing and eye comfort, so bring glasses and ask for the instruction in your written aftercare plan. Imperial College Healthcare NHS guidance gives a typical interval while noting the role of recovery.
Why do I have firm lumps after VASER 360 — could it be fibrosis?
Firmness, bruising and swelling can occur in the early weeks after liposuction, but a lump cannot be identified as fibrosis from a description or photograph alone. Healing changes, fluid or a contour irregularity are among the possibilities a clinician may need to assess. Contact the surgical team if a lump is worsening, unusually painful, red or warm, or is not following the recovery pattern they gave you; fever or rapidly increasing swelling also needs prompt review. Do not massage a new or concerning area unless your surgeon has told you to. ASPS liposuction recovery guidance describes firmness and advises contacting the surgeon when unsure.
Do I need lymphatic drainage massage after VASER 360?
No single massage schedule applies to everyone after VASER 360. Some plastic surgeons use lymphatic drainage massage in their recovery protocol, while others give different instructions; the treated area, operation and healing all matter. Ask the surgeon who will follow your recovery whether massage is recommended, when it may begin, who should perform it and which areas must be avoided. Do not book forceful or unsupervised massage on the assumption that it is essential. ASPS recovery commentary notes that surgeons’ instructions differ and describes massage as one approach used by some practices.
How long will I need to wear a compression garment after VASER 360?
A compression garment is commonly worn for several weeks after VASER 360, following the treating team’s discharge plan. The exact schedule depends on the areas treated and your healing. Confirm how many hours each day to wear it, when it can be removed for washing and whether the surgeon wants to review its fit. ASPS guidance for ultrasound-assisted liposuction says a surgeon may recommend a special garment and that recovery differs between people.
Can fat come back after VASER 360 if I gain weight?
Yes. VASER removes fat cells from treated areas, but it does not prevent future weight gain. Remaining fat cells can enlarge, and substantial weight gain can change the treated contour as well as other areas; this is not weight-loss surgery. The amount and distribution of change vary. ASPS explains fat return after liposuction; its ultrasound-assisted liposuction guidance likewise says removed fat cells are not recreated. Discuss major planned weight changes with the treating surgeon before setting expectations.
When will my stomach or waist look normal rather than swollen?
Initial swelling can obscure the waist contour for weeks, and it may take several months for swelling to settle and the shape to mature. Allow for early recovery over weeks while recognising that contour can continue settling for 3–6 months; neither period is a guaranteed date. Ask the treating surgeon to review swelling that is worsening or differs from the discharge guidance. ASPS liposuction results guidance also notes that swelling may take several months to dissipate.
