Necklift (Platysmaplasty) All-Inclusive Package cost in Turkey
In September 2026, the cost of Necklift (Platysmaplasty) All-Inclusive Package in Turkey is 5,000 – 8,000 EUR for the neck-lift and platysmaplasty scope shown here. The written offer should confirm the surgical plan, hospital and anaesthetic arrangements, first checks, medication and any listed garment. A facelift, liposuction or additional tightening procedure should not be assumed unless written into the quote.
Each month, Just Clinic Istanbul collects current prices / costs for neck lift and platysmaplasty from 30 hospitals randomly selected from our partner network, listed on our Hospitals page. We compare equivalent treatment plans and publish the lowest and highest reported prices as a minimum–maximum range. They are a neutral, objective reference, not the price of a single hospital or clinic and not a personal offer from Just Clinic Istanbul.

What a necklift (platysmaplasty) package is
A necklift — platysmaplasty — tightens the platysma bands and the skin under the chin so the neck looks firmer. Incisions are often under the chin and sometimes behind the ears. It is not a mini facelift of the cheek, not threads, and not a lunch-hour liposuction of the neck. Fat under the chin may be taken if the paper names it; a full SMAS or deep-plane face is a different quote.
The written offer should confirm the neck-lift scope and any additional procedures. Who operates belongs on the paper, not in a slogan. No number of years is promised.
Who this package is for
Surgeons usually consider adults bothered by a turkey-neck band, a soft angle under the chin, or loose neck skin, who are close to a stable weight and whose midface does not yet need a full lift. Typical maps include platysma cords that show when you speak. If the jowl and cheek are the main complaint, a mini or SMAS facelift is the conversation, not this isolated neck quote. Smoking, when the team has asked you to stop, often pauses the date.
Send daylight photographs without make-up — front, both profiles and the neck at rest. Suitability is confirmed in Istanbul before anyone operates. Eyelids or a deep-plane face in the same anaesthetic are not assumed in this figure.
What sits outside the quote
A facelift, eyelid surgery, isolated neck liposuction as a separate sitting or later revision is outside this neck-lift scope unless written in the offer. The planned neck correction is determined by clinical assessment. Stretching a necklift to chase a photograph of a full face is refused; that is a clinical limit, not an upsell.
Theatre, anaesthetic and nights in Istanbul
Plan seven to ten nights in the city. That window covers the in-person assessment, the sitting, the hospital nights, swelling checks, suture or staple removal and clearance to fly. A four-night advert rarely leaves the same medical margin. The hospital stay sits inside those nights; it does not replace them. Leave room for an extra night if the team asks.
Theatre time for an isolated neck is usually two to three hours under general anaesthetic. Adding a facelift or eyelids lengthens the sitting. Discharge is signed by the surgeon — it is not an advertising date.
Recovery after you fly home
Bruising and tightness under the chin show for the first weeks. A chin strap may stay on as shown. Social recovery is often ten to fourteen days if the surgeon is happy. Light desk work often sits in that window. Avoid turning the neck hard and lifting heavy bags at first. Harder exercise and anything that raises blood pressure in the neck wait about four to six weeks, or longer if the discharge note says so. The neck keeps settling for months. None of that is a years-younger guarantee.
Red flags after you return — spreading redness, pus, a temperature that persists, sudden swelling, pain that is getting worse, or wound edges that part — mean a local clinician or A&E first, then your coordinator. Take the discharge note with you.
These notes answer questions people raise before they accept a written treatment plan. They describe what that plan should make clear. They are not a promise that any partner hospital uses a particular technique, device or payment arrangement. With your consent, an enquiry may be shared with an authorised healthcare partner.
How are bleeding, haematoma and nerve injury managed in a face, neck, brow or temple lift?
ASPS lists bleeding and facial-nerve weakness among facelift risks. No single tissue layer is better for everyone. A skin, SMAS or deep-plane operation is a different operation, and the nerve is at risk in a different place in each. The written plan should say which layer will be worked in. Haematoma is the facelift complication that most often means a return to theatre. A 2001–2013 meta-analysis found expanding haematoma in about 1.8% of cases, and the TOPS database in about 1.97%. About 90% of haematomas appear in the first 24 hours. A small collection can distort the contour. A large one can threaten the skin flap and, rarely, the airway. The treatment of a significant collection is to find the bleeding point and evacuate it. Opening stitches to relieve pressure has been described as a temporary step if evacuation is delayed. Uncontrolled blood pressure is a main risk. Cutting the facial nerve is rare. Weakness that continues after the anaesthetic wears off can come from a stitch, tension or cautery heat and may settle over days or weeks. Weakness that does not settle should be reviewed by the team that operated. Sources: ASPS facelift safety, ASJ Open Forum review of early facelift complications.
If vision changes, the eye will not close, the face becomes weak, or a haematoma develops after I go home, what happens and who pays?
The symptoms that need review without delay depend on the operation. After a face, neck, brow or temple lift: rapidly growing swelling on one side, pain, breathlessness or new facial weakness. After eyelid surgery: a lid that will not close, severe pain, an eye being pushed forward, or reduced vision. After facial fat injection: sudden loss of vision. ASPS lists blindness among eyelid-surgery risks, while describing it as very rare. A significant haematoma is treated by evacuation, as described above. Fat in a vessel needs emergency eye assessment. The NHS asks people to settle in writing, before cosmetic surgery abroad, where reviews happen, what further surgery and a return journey cost, and whether the clinic’s insurance covers the patient. Travel insurance usually does not cover surgical complications. Follow-up after an operation in the UK is the surgeon’s responsibility. A clinic abroad may not offer the same follow-up or a doctor in your own country. The NHS uses 7–10 days after facial cosmetic surgery as a planning window before flying, because of clot risk. Your own surgeon gives the personal clearance. This page does not say that any partner pays for admission, revision or the return flight. Can a neck lift improve a double chin?
A neck lift may improve under-chin fullness when it comes from excess fat, loose skin or neck muscle banding, but the right plan depends on the cause. The surgeon may address different tissues in the neck; a neck lift cannot guarantee a sharply defined jawline, and fullness caused by another anatomical or medical issue needs separate assessment. The ASPS neck lift guidance includes excess fat under the chin among the concerns a neck lift can treat. Ask the surgeon to explain which tissue your written plan addresses and whether any separate chin or facial procedure is proposed.
